ကိုးကျားပြောတာလုံးဝထောက်ခံချင်ပါတယ် because ကျွန်တော်ကိုယ်တိုင် depressed ဖြစ်တဲ့အခါ ကျွန်တော်သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်ကိုသွားပြီးစကားပြောတယ်။ ဘာမှတော့ မဟုတ်ဘူး ကိုယ်ဖြစ်နေတာလေးပြောပြတယ်။ သူကရောကိုယ့်ကိုဘာလုပ်ညာလုပ်ဆိုပြီး depressedဖြစ်တာပျောက်အောင်လုပ်ပေးသလားဆိုတော့ မလုပ်ပေးပါဘူး။ but ကျွန်တော် ရင်ဖွင့်လိုက်ရတဲ့အတွက်နည်းနည်းတော့သက်သာလာသလိုရှိတယ်။ နောက်တစ်ခုက ဒီ commentကိုဖတ်နေတဲ့သူတိုင်း သိပြီးလောက်မယ်လို့ထင်တယ်။ လောက မှာကိုယ်က အသာဆုံးမဟုတ်သလို အညံ့ဆုံးလည်း မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အဲ့တော့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ညံ့လှပြီလို့ depressionဝင်လာရင် င့ထက်ညံ့တဲ့သူတွေရှိပါသေးတယ်လို့တွေကြည့်လိုက် or ကိုကျာပြောသလို ကိုယ့်လို depresson ဝင်နေတဲ့ သူတွေလည်းရှိသေးတာပဲ၊ social mideaပေါ်ကိုမတင်လို့ မသိရတာပဲရှိတယ်လို့တွေးကြည့်လိုက်ပါ။ နည်းနည်းပါပါးတော့ သက်သာလာပါလိမ့်မယ်။
