I’m very late to this video but I’m obsessed with you! Everyone thinks that I’m insane for doing this very thing. “I missed my appointment.” Oooh… did you? Excuse me. I think that I have to be somewhere too. Let me check my planner. 🤣

Pretty interesting. I use different pens for different things. Red is for bills. Purple is for appts. Etc. I never thought of using highlighters instead and using just one pen. Duh. Lol. Thx!!

This is really helpful. Thank you. I especially love how this is really realistic. I don't have to get frustrated with perfect handwriting, lines and beautiful aesthetics. It's like I can actually use these in real life to stay organized.

I love seeing how other people use their planners! I'm not sure what about it is so intriguing but I love it! I've also never actually seen a Plum Paper Planner so I loved seeing yours!

This is my 1st time watching you but it's my 4th "how to use a planner" KZfaq video. I've never been able to successfully use a planner. You are by far the most helpful in explaining how to effectively use a planner. I think it's a great idea to have just a work planner, then a personal life planner for not work related things! That is such a great idea. I'm not sure about the memory planner, I never heard of that but I'm going to go look up your memory planner video. Thank you for mentioning it. I wasn't going to watch it because I thought "how can there be a 22 min video about using a planner" but I'm glad I watched it, every minute was very helpful. I loved you video and subscribed to your channel. I look forward to watching all your future videos.

I plan a lot like you do, just with 2 planners. I use a horizontal much like you use your Plum Paper (color coding and all) which stays on my desk at home for school. Then I have a personal rings that I use decoratively and transfer information into. I have really bad anxiety when I am not on top of things, so being able to have something pretty to look at helps it not seem so overwhelming when I have a lot to do.

I am the same way! My plum paper does come to work with me and sit on my desk at work though, it's the first thing I look at every morning and organize my day. There have only been a week or two this year when I didn't look at it daily and my life feels so out of whack!

Fsr this year i have gone towards a block planner. Its actually more of a diary. It just has dates and stuff. I find it alot more simplistic than all the others. Loved the video❤️🤞🏻

I am moving into 3 planners this year as well New one is for budgeting (EC Delux Monthly ) one for work (Plannerpad) and one decorative/memory (EC Lifeplanner) took me years of trying many different kinds but this year I think this will work for me 😊🤗

I sometimes wish I could keep up with making a planner super pretty and decorative, but in reality, I just don't have time. My planner/bullet journal is much more function than fashion, but it works so well for me. It took so many years of trying to find the right method to getting to where I am now with my organization.

I get ya. That's exactly how I feel about my Plum Paper. It's not pretty, but it's very functional and it's my life line. Making my Erin Condren pretty and decorated is a hobby I do when I have time. I've been weeks behind on it for months!

I loved this video! Especially liked looking at your weeklies in your plum paper planner! It looked so functional, I plan kinda similar but without the memory planning. I also try and schedule my to dos across the week ahead of time, so I know what my focus is for each day coming :) I'm also nicking your colour code!! Thanks for the video :) x

How do you feel about the 8 1/2 x 11 PPP? I'm sure it's roomy but is it too heavy to carry around?

Sorry for the delayed response here - but I’ve never tried it! For the past 5 years, I’ve stuck with this size, and it’s perfect for me. Small enough it fits in my tote I carry to work and large enough to fit rverything

Anita Marie I have the 8x11 PP in the vertical priorities. I ❤️ it but admittedly it’s too heavy/ bulky to carry around. Unless you use a backpack on the daily. I work from home so it works but I think I’m going to switch to the 7x9 for the new year.

Girl, your ring is so beautiful, but the diamond is set really high up I bet that gets in the way a lot with daily tasks like cleaning and cooking doesn't it?...... I specifically got a ring that was multiple diamonds instead of one so the diamonds were placed lower because I had a single diamond ring at one point that was not my engagement ring but I remember it literally got in the way all the time. I even had to take it off before I put gloves on because it was starting to poke holes into my gloves😊😁

This is their a 7x9 ME Vertical Planner. I customized some note pages in the back and the cover, but the weekly layout that I show here isn’t customized at all.

There's a very useful tool on outlook called Insights, it takes some of the planning/worrying away (:

Yup, I use outlook religiously at work. I just prefer paper planning for everything else :)
