Terroriser no, tap water, or any "kind" of water doesn't absorb nutrients from your blood. I'm not aware of any medical and scientific paper that proves this but rather the opposite as tap water is abundant in minerals. Although tap water has safety standards that limits the contaminants present in it, I wouldn't recommend it as your source of drinking water unless you trust your local water distribution infrastructure.

Terrorizer: like Fiji water that goes through stone has nutrients. While minerals are considered nutrients key nutrients at that. The stone water isn't giving you the organic nutrients (vitamins) that food does. So either tap or Fiji it's still gonna take away vitamins since many vitamins are water soluble.

Brian dosent know what he is talking about, the water in tap isent distilled. Even then when water has to go through pipes it picks up a little of the minerials in the pipes. So no, the tap water isent leaching minerials out of your body. Fuggin idiot

I get how this pre-game meal works. The gum wakes him up from chewing. The Actimel is to have his probiotics or just to have his bowels ready after his session. Then a bowl of cereal. Chips because he got potato cravings after a sugary bowl. Yogurt to get a smoother texture on his taste buds. Some chocolate milk to remember the bowl of chocolate cookie cereal. And water to wash out any lingering taste.
