Hi Smriti. A medical student here. The way you have consolidated everything in this video is going to be so helpful for your viewers. Another thing I would add regarding weight gain and nutrition is that after each pregnancy the gross weight gain should only be around 1 to 2 kgs after delivery. Any extra weight will have to be reduced. And of course loved your video. ❤

This is so true ...i saw most of the womens in my family, they didn't get much weight in their pregnancy and also didn't get weight after delivery. I think this depends upon body to body and also as you said the diet . Love your vlogs , can listen you for hours❤❤

Very true we dont have to it bohat sara (as they say 2 jano ke liye khana hain khao khao aisa kuch nahi hota) i also did every house hold/office work till the time i was going for my delivery & zadu & pocha is good for pregnant ladies its kind of a workout only (but it should be done if anyone can do it push nahi karna chaiye ye khud ko agar nahi hota then also its fine. Khud ko takleef de ke kuch nahi karna chaiye i feel in pregnancy or otherwise also) the weight gain is really a thing & for most of the people it is difficult to reduce that weight. I am just 22 and throughout the video I was just thinking why I am watching😂 but because smriti khanna is saying I have to watch it😂😂 Also I am studying psychology and I would love if you mention about mental health that what factors will affect baby’s mental health like no smoking, no drinking and no junk and some are so scared during their pregnancy also about post partum depression and how to deal w it which I am sure you’re going to cover in your next video. Also for husbands that how to take care of their wives, out of their busy schedules, physically and mentally during and post pregnancy and we would like to hear this from gautam also and some small funny or any moments also. Hi smriti kal mujhe ek msg aaya tha aapke pass se aap ke liye ek gift hai karke baad mein thudi deer baad delete hogaya ....a scam hai ya aap ka msg tha mujhe reply karo

India main toh scam hai, 100% of the people around me even at 24 years of age had C-section, I am 100% sure, doctors scam hai, they get more kids delivered in same time, more business,, coz they do it just last day, potty kardi, ulta ho gya bachha, umbilical cord issue are some template things that doctors tell you, these issues do happen, but in US that's just in 20% cases, in India 95% cases, so family obviously darke C-section kara deti hai, that was normal till 1 day before. I have never heard of a case where doctors wait for hours and keep checking dilation like they do here. Here in US all my friends even at 34-35 had normal delivery, and all of us are Software Engineers with a job where we sit all the time.
