This is helpful. One suggestion your volume seems very low even if i put on earphones , headset. I tried with iphone & Mac. Still same.. next time can you please consider that

Thank you, Roman. This was very helpful to understand that the strategy is a bi-directional path. As you said, we have methods or techniques for evaluation and validation for each output. For example, we have KPIs for the product or Scrum events for the backlog. But what method do we have regarding product strategy validation?

Thanks for the feedback and the question Sabah. The methods used to validate a product strategy depend on the assumptions/risks that you need to test/address. For example, if there is the risk that the need selected is not strong enough, you might carry out direct observations and problem interviews. But if the risk was related to (technical) feasibility, you might chose to create one or more throwaway prototypes (spikes). I discuss strategy validation in more detail in my book Strategize. Why you havent check your audio after make the video? its very low volume, please amplify audio and reupload, thanks sir.

Sorry that you found the sound too low Fairuz. I do check the audio on my videos, and I did increase the level much as possible. The issue was caused by the mic I was using. But maybe you can share your favourite audio equipment for recording KZfaq video with me?
