Hey Darren, nice project on Dufferin. I also saw one of your older videos on doing underpinning. I think it was your Oakmont project and you mentioned that it was 56k to do the entire underpinning. We got drawings and approved permit to do underpinning in our townhouse also in the Dufferin area. Was wondering which underpinning company you would recommend? It's been quite the headache for us to find the right people. Thanx
