Don't spread rumours about RBI .It's an organisation which is known for its ethics and values .You might have done something wrong in your paper that's why you have not gotten desirable marks . So better work on your answer writing instead of blaming an organisation. Goodluck .

Ma'am, did you attempt those ESI report questions correctly? Because most of the candidates who cleared phase 2 accepted that they were not aware of those reports in-depth; they just wrote things related to the topic and tried to follow the word count. Regarding the interview section, I felt that you received average marks, and from your interview experience, I expected the same. In one of the speech questions, you went out of the topic, which is a very wrong move in an interview. You're talking about unfairness, but one trend is favoring you actually; female candidates, on average, have a higher number of chances than males in the final selection. This has been the trend for the last 3 years. It doesn't mean that those female candidates are not worthy, but let's suppose a male and female both had an average interview. In that case, the chances of selection for a female are higher, which is highly unfair for male candidates. Nevertheless, as you mentioned in the video, one can just upgrade their knowledge and focus on parts that are in their control. All the best, and I am sure you will definitely clear the exam next time

yes I too have asked a selected aspirant and i asked her about descriptive of esi ... she said that she made the answer and she herself didn't know what she wrote but she is selected. rbi is very unpredictable yaar...

There are two types of people, one who are very confident and others those who aren't so I don't trust people's opinion unless I know thdn really well bcz I have seen so many times that people who say I have written it all even in objective score less than those who say they didn't do that well although they have studied well. Many students underestimate themselves.
