2:26 so basically you were competing just fine at bantamweight and THE UFC wanted you to compete in a new division instead. (Not your idea). Then when you dominated that division and it didn’t sell well because they couldn’t find more talent somehow it became your fault? Yet people want Dana to remain CEO

I'm happy to hear you were able to connect with your father. I also grew up without knowing my father, I never had any father figure or even a grandfather growing up. When I was 37 I decided to track down my father only to get rejected. Now at 40 I finally started going to therapy twice a month to work out some issues and build confidence.

Loving your content man, I started getting serious at 135lbs at 24 while working two jobs. Had 3 bad injuries in a year and many deaths in the family. Decided to take a step back, mainly to focus on family, found a good paying job and walked away. Still wonder what if I kept pushing but I feel for me family was just more important. Want to get back into it now that we are all good, but at 32 and behind the game, now I just appreciate the real ones. You are the goat, and/or gsp lol

Sometimes I wonder how gender plays a role in a parental figures abuse. A lot of guys I know who has abusive fathers, seem to have similar opinions; it made them tough. But many women I know with abusive fathers, were deeply affected by that trauma. For me I was abused by my mother and my dad's second wife, who he was married to form when I was age 2 to 10. It damaged me. I truely believe that the opposite gender parent plays a huge role in a child's psychological development. The two women who were my mother figures abusing had left me permanently scarred (as of now, I am 29). I still need therapy and I believe it was a large contributing factor in my past drug abuse, alongside the PTSD I developed in the military.

Young man, despite your tremendous talent and skills when it comes to combat sports I believe your greatness comes from you character and attitude. I don’t personally know you but I feel you are a great human who deserves all good things👍
