Great tips! I too carry similar foods when I’m out and about:) Nuts & dry roasted beans + legumes such as almonds, peanuts, chana, peas, cashews etc., overnight oats, lassi & smoothies, whole fruits such as apples, guava, banana etc are my favorites. Rich in nutrients and easy to carry 🙂

Makhana (fox nut or lotus seeds) is another healthy snack. U can also dry roast nuts & seeds, grind them & add baking dates, use pulse on food processor setting & make them into ladoos or bars, helps satisfy ur sugar craving as well. Thanks for sharing🙂

Hi I’m a big fan of you my son would make his smoothie with frozen fruits he would put his protein powder and he would use water he don’t use milk and sometimes I would put some oats and blend everything together but we would carry fresh fruits to snack on during the day enjoy your weekend.

If we had professional chefs like she does, we would be fit and healthy too. She just makes it look easy. We just have to take time out of our day, to prepare meals for the week, based on our health needs. Workout too. Never underestimate the power of walking and/or biking everywhere but always start with a few minutes and increase the minutes each day.
