It's worse than that. People keep PAYING even if its a 400$ collection event. So players are at fault! Apex now learned no lesseon because enough people bought this event. Why do players think anything will chgange? :D Respawn pissed of players already once over collection events with a recolor of some random dogshit shotgun and people bought it. Now they have done literally the same thing with the deathbox and people bought it. Whats the most retarded thing you can think of right now. You can be 100% sure they gonna bring it into the game as a mythic item for maybe 400$ next because people were already ready to pay 360$ on this event. Maybe mythic stickers for 260$. Why not. NO!!! EA gives top streamers the coins 38k to be exact, to purchase the items, so they can show all of their followers. Prestige Skins, New Heirloom event's etc. Trust me, They pay Nothing for those, while us broke people ahev too.

You can inspect all heirloom while sprinting, keep auto sprint off for that

EA have their hand in the till here weighting the probabilities based on packs opened - both Dazs and Timmy get the sword on the last pack. The chances of that are miniscule. EDIT: see comments - the chances aren't miniscule - it's actually 66% likely to get it in the last pack, which tbh is even worse!

The most expensive heirloom with the least amount of animations is wild. As much as I want it for its limited time value, it’s nowhere near worth the price and I don’t see the average player able to just blow $300+ on a crappy virtual item. A public in-game event should not be made like this and while I hope Apex does more collabs in the future, if they end up being like this again then the player base’s already low respect for EA will only get lower. There was quite literally no logical reason for them to change it from the usual heirloom events and is solely an aggressive money grab.

Apex has had years of dev and millions upon millions in revenue and The Finals is all around a better game at launch. i have not see one youtubers get the heirloom for free but the game mode is fun only with the sword but that’s it it’s mostly regular pubs so i would give this event a 6/10 but since the prices are vary bad a 4/10 because i hate Ea
