This girl does not realize the importance of Canada PR and the privilege she has got.Aus did not give her PR so she came here and now complaining what if she had to go back to India

Sir I totally understand and feel grateful for the PR in Canada but that does not mean I will share fake opinions. You need to take off your rose colored glasses and see the real thing. This country is going through a financial and social crisis. It’s my responsibility as a content creator to share all the good parts as well as the bad parts so someone is well-informed about the situation before moving here. What if I share only the good stuff, then someone moves here based on that, and they face a situation which is so brutal that they hate the country even more. I am not here to misguide anyone. If you don’t like it, you are most welcome to unsubscribe and watch someone who makes you feel good 👍🏻

Recently I’ve been seeing so many negative videos about how horrible the prices of things in Toronto has become. No doubt it’s probably expensive but I’m happy you didn’t make your video into a negative one! Budgeting is surely the key. And stopping yourself when you WANT that extra something sure helps.

It’s a worldwide thing, not just Toronto. Prices have gone up everywhere. And thank you! Do you have any budgeting tips for me? Haha

1200 rent is super cheap. There are no prices like this anymore. One bedroom plus den would cost around $3000.

Is 100K salary also low for a couple to stay in toronto?
@Whatsnextakanksha
@Whatsnextakanksha Жыл бұрын
Household salary? Yeah it won’t be enough but then there are different lifestyles and you can obviously mould yours accordingly to your income.
@AndrossMoonah
@AndrossMoonah Жыл бұрын
Seems fine to me; if your monthly cost for example was 6k for both, that would be 6k x 12 months, so 72k for a year, on a 100k salary... seems fine.
@Whatsnextakanksha
@Whatsnextakanksha Жыл бұрын
You need to take in consideration the tax deducted on 100K salary. In Ontario, after tax deductions take home pay would be around 70-72K so if your monthly expense is actually 6K per month, you will be living paycheck to paycheck.

Which annually salary is fine for Toronto (with no personal car and 1 bedroom apartments rent) in your opinion in 2024?
@Whatsnextakanksha
@Whatsnextakanksha 4 ай бұрын
Depends on your lifestyle but I’d say you need atleast 60K annually to live a decent life

@@Whatsnextakanksha I agree. I did not watch the full video today. My attention was completely taken by the territorial fight between CPA Ontario and CPA Canada. A totally unproductive and un necessary fight. Who says accounting is boring.

@@Whatsnextakanksha My budgeting is very simple. I write down every thing I spend ever day. This gives you a chance to eliminate many unnecessary items. Like Tim Hortons coffee. If you keep track of it, everybody is spending on very unnecessary things. Everything adds up. CPA internal fight is going to be nasty. At least in Australia there are no state Professional Accounting bodies. Only national body. So very little chance to fight.

Move to UK it's cheaper in a commuter town to London. My personal expenses are under 1500-1600 cad or 900-1000 GBP max. Salaries are similar to Canada and lower than Sydney or Australia tho. It's not that bad but PR is long and needs patience. Travel to Europe is excellent and cheap. London has more jobs and opportunities in white collar Indus than whole Canada possibly. London is on New York tier... NHS has it's issues but significantly
