I would agree. Morisette can do whistle better but jona is a technical singer. She can sustain notes longer and hit those notes effortlessly. Try to listen to her mcarthur's park and lead the way

chaofong it is not a whistle bro... It's a headvoice... Headvoice is totally different from whistle... Headvoice is part of the modal register.... Whistle is a different register...

She is a technical singer. She can switch registers smoothly-belt to falsetto. Although she can't do the whistle tone, she uses her headtone instead in PERFECT pitch as the original. She uses the same technique of switching registers in her rendition of the song. "YOU"

You can tell that she studied Mariah Carey and I’m sure Mariah is SOMEBODY to her when it comes to her vocal inspiration or musical inspiration and she did a good job on that and of course there still a little different but most of the part she sounded like Mariah, she does have a great voice 😊😊👍🏻
