My Scene is still one of my top doll lines ever released 😊

i used to have a bunch of myscene dolls but when i got a little older we (mum and i) decided to put them in a plastic bag and in the basement.. our humid, hot climate basement. needless to say when i opened the bag again after a few years, most of the dolls and clothes were modly :( myscene, wasn't super popular where i was from, so when i finally found another girl in my town who played with them it was like finding a gem in the wild. its fun to see some of the dolls i had in your video in good condition. i loved myscene a lot and kinda hope they'll get a cultural revival, similar to how bratz got to experience it :) lots of nostalgia for me

Nolee is actually the perfect purple 2000s girly for me. this is seriously making me want to collect my scene for Her.......

I love my scene. They're actually how I started watching your channel. I was looking up my scene vids and saw your "My Scene Era Begins" video with the Chillin' Out dolls.

I am from Europe and Juicy bling is expensive on my second hand app so I don't have any yet. Otherwise I get pretty good deals on them, I happen to really like the pre bling era too because their fashion taps into my nostalgia of what we used to wear at the time !!

Omg I had the doll with bunny slippers. I think I only have 1 slipper now 😢 I wish I still had her. And I swear I had Lindsey Lohan!!! I always thought my red head doll looked like her, and after watching this video, I think it was her !

Toys r us also used that my scene goes Hollywood display for a couple of weeks when the line launched but after they sold out of the initial run, they took the display down and then it went to target, Kmart had a couple of cool displays too but I don’t think any of those ones survived

My scenic one of my favourite lines of all time . I recently got a few from eBay after not getting many recently it sparked my interest in them agin after a short break but it inspired me to get all my dolls off the shelves and reorganise them and redress a few as I got a few bags of clothes and showes that I got at a thrift store . I just counted and I have 60 my scene dolls now

I've been collecting myscene for roughly four years now, and they're my fav dolls to collect. It's funny tho cus the majority of my collection is from the pre bling era cus I usually prefer them a lot more

I want to start collecting dolls again… I’ve been getting into child regression and doing childlike things to deal with my stress and depression… I had a MASSIVE Sylvanian family collection in 2016-2017 but lost everything when I moved away from where I was living and I had so much fun and relaxation going and playing with them back then… I started collecting living dead dolls as I had them as a kid and loved them as I was an alternative kid and they’re very alternative dolls, more on the horror side, but I’ve literally been craving playing around with proper girly dolls and My Scene stick out much more in my mind than barbie, Bratz also stick out more. I preferred my scene and bratz to barbie so they’re probably gonna be my go to for collecting, second hand ones especially as I don’t think they sell them new anymore but I’ll probably buy brand new barbies rather than second hand ones as I don’t have much nostalgia with barbie

The only my scene doll I have is club birthday Nolee, shes not with her original outfit or hairstyle but she still has her bracelet and tattoo which is really cool. I once saw a Madison doll at a thrift store but I passed on her cuz I was already buying a lot of stuff and at the time I wasn't interested in collecting them, which I'm now pretty disappointed about cuz she was really cool :(

I would agree with you that the Madison in the orange dress is the prettiest one! Orange and pink are my favorite colors. I only have 2 My Scene dolls but they’re pretty hard to find locally here. Love your collection. Hoping for a My Scene comeback.

Since I started collecting dolls about 7 yrars ago, I've managed to thrift 11 My Scenes-- 10 girls and 1 boy. I think they're gorgeous, but I can never remember their names haha. Ive got 3 with lashes, 2 with big smiles (you dont seem to have those), and one that was unboxed but had all her stuff in the bag-- and she has the buttons on the back that make her change expressions! So bizarre and fun. I love Barbie and Bratz, and My Scenes are the perfect combination!

Last weekend i found 5hat shopping spree delancey and the westley/madison doll you had in the box (so thanks for helping me identify them) for $5.95 each at savers! They didn’t have any clothes or accessories

I also wasnt really into dolls when I was a child, but I loved My Scene, I had arround 10 and still have these dolls accept from 2.. now I have arround 70, the last one I got was splash chic delancey but without her outfit ._. Sorry for my bad english, I'm from germany :D

Paying $60 for a store display is not stupid. To people it might just be cardboard, but all promotional materials from decades ago carry a piece of history with them, and for collectors it's sometimes even more valuable than the toys themselves. A lot of store displays use photos or art that have been created for the promotional purpose only and were never released through other channels, so there are tons of doll lost media that'll never be uncovered now. I'm grateful for people who saved random displays and then sold it instead of just getting rid of them. Getting your hands on My Scene display in particular requires a lot of luck, they're super rare. I don't think that Barbie photo from your display has ever been posted by Mattel, if it hadn't been recovered by the person who sold it to you, it would have been discarded and destroyed and that picture lost forever. I dunno, I find it weird that people geek out about lost media but then see paying money for cardboard as stupid. It's the same to me, especially given the fact that 2nd hand My Scene dolls in good condition are already becoming scarce and merchandise is even harder to come by.
