Love the double ended but atm i have a broken wrist 😂 but dying to get back at it. I wish I would’ve been introduced to boxing when I was younger. Watch my double end bag video, i get better around 5he 2 min marker 😂 it was the first time really hitting it & it was about 2 years since i hit it.
