~ HI EVERYONE!
Today I'm showing you all my tips and tricks on how I get squeaky clean and radiate femininity.
But lets get serious for a little, with Hidradenitis Suppurativa and PCOS running around in my body, it’s sometimes a real task just to get clean and then stay and FEEL fresh all day long. But I've figured out what to use that assists in smelling and feeling good. Even if you don’t have one of these conditions and just have mild B.O., the products I use on the daily, can even help you knock that out in no time :)

I thought that was a unique Tanzanian experience. I was missing my mom in Tanzania and stumbled upon the many uses of Dettol specifically but I didn't expect to be reminded of imperial leather or the Avon bubble bath... that's the life. If I don't find local international store to buy the Dettol I might buy it for $30 on Amazon just so I can have that feeling of home.

I’m a man and dettol is what my late mother grow us all up on...it’s amazing how much dirt Accumulates on the body, but I take a whole hour filling up my sink many times and throwing a half cap of dettol each time in it ..then using my rag to scrub from neck to toes a separate rag for face, and a separate one for genitalia area..I have not had a bath or shower for over a year now but can guarantee I’m cleaner and fresher than many folks out deh...not boasting just facts a spend a long time scrubbing until I see clear water when I rince the rag, that’s is when you know for sure the body’s clean, same thing I do with my tee shirt and boxers and Soxs..I hand wash them every night before I sleep with dettol and persil liquid, and because my body is so clean I hardly soil my clothes much with body dirt, I don’t keep a build up of dirty clothes to wash at the weekend I was each night as I go. I’m just as clean in my house to, dust it down every other day and brush my teeth morning and night with a electric tooothbrush and Colgate total ..

I’m going to purchase the Dettol soap today after work. I told a co-worker that I use natural deodorant but as of yesterday 6-21-2022, my right underarm would stink after I showered and he suggested this soap. I am familiar with Dr.Bronner liquid Castile soap. I love the Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint & baby unscented are my go to’s.

You sound so much like me and I’m so self conscious of how I smell. I’m gonna get some dettol tomorrow. Dr. Bronners soap is already my go to bath soap, along with Neutrogena body wash. These two clean my skin like no other and get rid of what needs to get gone. I used to do the same thing with my under arms, until I found Arm and Hammer baking soda gel deodorant, no aluminum, all natural. I used to burn lime to put under my arms to help kill the bacteria, as my mother showed me.

I'm from the virgin islands,, but I currently live in florida.. and I been using dettol the liquid and the bar soap and also dr bronner's peppermint and rose soap..I also make raw fresh ginger oil so after I shower I oil my skin and it's never greasy. It also have many great benefits..after all that I use my bath and body works lotions too.. you feel refreshed all day.. Thanks for also sharing your hacks too.. great video and your personality is bomb..be blessed always.

See I thought I was the only one, cause people out here are always trying to find moisturizing stuff and I’m like the goal is to be CLEANNNN, moisturize when you get OUT the shower. It’s the same with hair they want shampoo that focuses too much on moisturizing so they can detangle their hair easier but I’m like…is you r hair actually clean tho and is the buildup on your scalp gone

I have the same skin condition, some things make it worse...drinking verses tea or any detox tea, Dr Bonners soap soap because it is strong, it has to be diluted. Dove soap works good, I mix it with baking soap if the weather is really hot, afterwards I spray my under arm with alcohol mixed it tea tree oil it will sting but it helps me fresh. Also I use coconut oil then I spray dove deodorant it keeps me boil free.

I use coconut oil because it’s antibacterial. Sometimes I use like or lemon if I have one. What percentage of alcohol do you use? I’d like to try that!

Omg, I love your energy. I was recently diagnosed with HS about a year or two ago. Of course the dermatologist was no help as they just wanna cut you and give you meds. Crazy thing is that I've been eating the same foods for years and my weight is always up and down but doctor tried to say its due to stress, weight gain and foods we eat. I just have been at a loss but have been trying to eat healthier and still looking for a resolve. I will definitely try those two soaps and hopefully get some good results.

It’s really hard for us to keep the weight off I literally was in the gym five days a week it feels like I have no metabolism do resistance training I make a large salad and I just snack on that all day I’m going back to making videos I’ll try and help with an upcoming video xoxo

Hi my Patience.. I use them both every day especially with Covid..as soon as I come home I have to use the combo the Dr. Bronner’s as much body wash as you normally use and the dettol probably a teaspoon amount or less my Dettol bottle can last me over 5 months

@@allthingstherese5920 - I've never heard of HS until just now, but I use Dettol in my body wash. I'll buy just the regular Dettol body wash and add a few capfuls to it, or do the same with Dr. Bronner's. Sometimes I'll even add it to my shampoo to feel extra clean.

First of all you are so gorgeous and brace for speaking out about this . I’ve been looking high and low for more info from 1st experience . it’s hard to find . Thank you But how do you exactly mix the dr bronzer and the dettol . Do you pre-mix it into another container? I’ve also seen some people put it into like a spray bottle and spray it under their armpits after they’re out of the shower how do you feel about that and have you ever done that?. Im an aesthetician/ skin therapist so this is helpful lots of Women I help. however my husband has some issues under his arm and I’m trying to figure this all out. Also do you know if this could work in your bikini area? For a woman that might have ingrown hairs down there? Any advice would be super helpful.

Charyse Thorp thank you so much for the love I’m very grateful I have never sprayed under my arm after showering because I still want to smell yummy and keeping the area dry is super important ..I think the moisture would make it worse. I don’t pre-mix anything I just have both bottles in the shower and I just put portions of both together ..and I use an electric shaver now and only trim that has helped me a lot, life saver .. start by eliminating sugars and see if that’s effective if not we probably have to go deeper ❤️
