The fiora trick doesnt work in low elo. Im usually the fiora and i use my parry randomly. You cant predict my parry when i don't even know what im doing

That's why the Q also have to be random. As a bad player myself, I can tell that this strat has à 50/50% winrate and can boost you in Iron 3... or even Bronze !

Baus explained it so well, the psychology behind it. Didnt need any fancy terms or complex ideas, just panic vs calm. It works on so many champs, like GP vs Fiora for example, a good Fiora will always want to parry the passive so u barrel auto it so she thinks she's getting hit by ur passive, but ure really just autoing ur own barrel, she parries that into getting hit by passive-barrelQ-passive. Its pretty fun when u get it down to a science like that

its more like its mathematically better to get hit by a fast q instead of a full charge q at high health than potentially wasting your parry entirely by predicting it early, and at low health you wont survive getting hit by a fast q so you kinda have to use it early to not die without ever using it

what he said about the mind game is actually like lose lose for fiora, the fast Q on high health i can understand, but the slow Q on low health is just death sentence for fiora, cuz what can she do? if she hold the parry she die anyway, the only thing she could do is knowing exactly when to parry so her I-frame could last through sion Q, but then baus can just see that and do a fast Q (next time) and slowly kill her anyway, the moment she get chunk to low health her fate is already in baus's hand
