I respectfully disagree with you. Buffalo logistics is really the worst! If its "efficient" then why are there so many bad reviews on their social media? Why don't they respond to their calls and Whatsapp dms? Then why were there so many people fetching their orders at their offices recently instead of having them delivered on time?

My biggest problem with Buffalo Logistics is the call centre. I mean they have one reply for every question, I DON'T KNOW. Having worked in retail for years, I have three suggestion to Shein: Training, Training and Training
