That is a great shoe collection! I have a friend that just watched this video with me, and she made some remarks about the size of the heels, and how anyone could walk in them...then I reminder her of the many pairs of stiletto heels she keeps in her closet, and of all the times she has twisted her ankles walking in them! :-D I wager your shoes are far more comfortable and easier to walk in than such sky-high pumps...me? I'll stick to my Birkenstocks and Keens because, hippie :-)

also do you know if new rock will repair boots? I will check out the website and possibly email them and idc if it costs a little, it's just where I live is so fucking cold rn that the metal on both the toes and heel of my right boot cracked and broke off and I would really like it fixed lmao

For me the only issue is how wide and big the toe parts are on most of their styles. It makes my feet look comically large since I already have very big feet. If only they had a style where this wasnt the case so I could get those and feel comfortable

De ijhallen markt in Amsterdam (1 keer in de maand) is zeker waard om naartoe te reizen, dat is de grootste vlooienmarkt van heel Europa! Verder maakt het niet zoveel uit welke kringloopwinkels, het is niet echt alsof de winkels keus hebben in wat zij verkopen. Truc is om goed door te spitten en winkels kansen te blijven geven. Soms vind ik in een winkel een heleboel tof spul, terwijl een andere keer ik niks vind in diezelfde winkel. Omdat de ijhallen zo gigantisch groot is, vindt je daar sowieso altijd wel wat.

I sold them quite quickly because the soles are very thin (in width), and my ankles have been weak all my life so everytime I wore them, I was terrified of straining my ankles. I know a lot of people who have these and who wear them daily, it was just my own fear of falling haha. Demonia-platforms are very wide for example!

I aspire to have this many platforms in my life. I currently have the New Rock M.313-S1 and I'm going to buy the Demonia Damned-318 for my birthday, and I'm definitely going to get Bear-202 at some point because they're fucking adorable but they're so tall XD. but shit I want S O MAN Y

I do recommend the Bear one's tho! I thrifted them years ago, but they were actually a bit too small, so I had to resell them. But a year or something after, I just had to repurchase them! The breaking points was when my friend said they were "How to train your Dragon boots". Which is my favorite movieeeee omg

Welllll. The Concord one's in my video are discontinued in the shiny version, so there's only a matte version available. And the Damned one's are sold in matt, shiny, velvet and holo and even white! I loooove velvet and shiny things!

HMMM. That's tough.. Comfort wise, I really like my New Rock with the holes in the soles! And the fourth pair of New Rocks in the video, the all black one's, I really love those too. Which I wouldn't get at first, because they're quite simple, but I just loooove the look of that! Wished I designed those, haha. But my current favorites are also my most new one's, which are those tall Demonia Shaker one's. But I also love everything velvet and ahhh, so hard to pick!!

You have some really cool sandals. "Normal people" sandals were always what old ladies and middle aged moms wore so I never liked them, but once I discovered alternative brands that were making them, I've always seen so many cute ones.
