Hey Everyone, try this simple and easy Coconut Cream Pie and I promise you, you will LOVE IT!
I will have a GIVE-A-Way at the end of this month. (JULY 2022). In order to have your name entered into the drawing, you will need to comment in this video ONLY. There will be 8-10 winners total. Hello Carrie, I have enjoyed watching this vlog. I am glad you said you don't always have to use a double broiler, that you can also just use a pot on a stove. But you just have to watch it. I will definitely try to make this recipe.

Thank you very much! I want to try making this pie! Many years ago I got to taste a coconut cheesecake, and it was amazingly good! It had fudge in it and the biscuit base had Oreo biscuits and the filling, plus butter. On top was melted chocolate in coconut cream. Unfortunately, that's the only thing I know about the cake. I'm Norwegian and the lady who made the cake is unfortunately dead now. She was over in Europe to visit family. I so hope you can help me! I'm not a great and skilled baker, but I really want to bake this cake - if I ever find the recipe, at least something similar. Sorry for my bad English.
