It's true i started 2017 ( i was 16 that time) because when i sing in the karaoke people laugh at me and took me weeks to get over it until i had enough i need to make a change, i started from scratch literally i didn't know where to start but i never lose hope, i keep in mt dedication watch 10-30 minutes KZfaq tutorials, i also practice those vocal exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour a day and i also drink ginger tea, basically i am dedicated i also record my self while singing to compare ( i was tone deaf) i re listen the audio after weeks into a month of practice and i felt my heart shattered because i still suck but i never let that thing bring me down, even tho i feel so bad i just trusted the process until 4 months i see massive changes and it was awesome!

Someone once told me I had the worst voice they ever heard. I got my first compliment on my voice for an original song this year. If I can do it, virtually anyone can. Be consistent, set goals, journal, record yourself, challenge yourself, put yourself into novel situations and you’ll improve.

‘It’s normal for me to strongly dislike the sound of my own voice so I’m self critical of myself when it comes to singing. I remind myself each individual’s voice is unique because of shape and size of their vocal chords. My voice is my very own! And I found out that I have to love and accept my voice. I have to stop comparing myself to others and practice each day to improve my singing voice and be the best version of me I can be.’ I hope this inspires you. ❤ Your voice is very nice. Keep up the good work. 😊 -Density of Destiny

If I could sing like the first clip you showed I’d be happy. Ten years of KZfaq training and practicing with different apps and singing everytime I’m in the car, always humming to myself, and if anything I’m getting worse. It’s like the second I start singing I drown out everything else including myself and the guitar ands have no idea where I am. I’ve tried breathing, mouth shapes, keeping my belly out and firm
