Chloe's employee recommendations will have taken a hit if she's recommending ppl like Olivia. We have a similar problem in our city. There actually is a box on a municipal employment job application that says ""are you related to anyone at Ctiy Hall? If so, to whom and what is their position?" The person with the highest ranking relative gets the job, qualifications be d****d. My all time fave so far is when the winner for shelf reader (the person who reshelves books and puts the "holds" into their place on the shelf turned out to be severely dyslexic. Holds are shelved in alphabetical order by the first 3 letters in the person's last name. Shortly i realized that the person could read the first letter but that was it, and if i wanted my holds i had to look everywhere under the G's....the rest of the letters didn't count. Sometimes they didn't even get the G right. She quit/ was fired 6 mos later, but it took years to find all the misplaced books that she'd reshelved in that library.
