I recently found your channel and I’m enjoying your content. Im battling acne too, and I found out it’s due to hormone imbalance. So, no pressure but checking with your OB about hormone testing helps a lot.

@@HopefullyErin so happy you’re enjoying my content. thank you for the support! I noticed when I use birth control, i rarely have breakouts so that has been helping as lot as well. I will definitely ask them about testing though just to check it off the list!! Thanks for the recommendation!

yes it’s most definitely a process I have the most inconsistent skin care routine but I told my self this year we working on that skin! You’re right self love is the best love you have to love yourself no matter what!! Love the video Pat, thank you for being vulnerable with us 🫂🫶🏾💗

i also started using BANISH in college!!! the OG banish roller, but i think the banisher 2.0 is so much better. my skin has completely transformed using the banish kit and glad that its been working for you as well!! thx for the vulnerability and sharing your story

Omg I feel this and the cold weather is not helping at all 😭 ik how hard it is to stop the urge of popping your pimples, and you’re not alone. What helped me a lot is pimple patches, whenever I feel a bump I just put one of these on and watch it go away in a few days! I didn't have acne until I was about 20- now (23) so it's been so difficult navigating what feels like something I should've had years ago (although it's obviously not abnormal but I just felt like my skin would stay the same so I was p surprised and very unsure what to do, still am unsure haha) definitely going to buy most of these products to try out.

I have the same skin type, and it's bad, and someone recommended korean skincare and la rosche posay so I'm definitely trying them. I was using Eucerin and sadly it made my skin worse.

Okay, I’m so glad I’m not alone here! I hope the products you decide to get works for your skin type. When I say I stand by la rosche posay, she has not let me down yet! Road to clear skin here we come!!🤞🏽 And I felt that part, I tried something TikTok recommended and yeah no. Broke out horribly!!

Your break out side or the right cheek might be the one that gets the most sun when you are outside. Its natural, no need to bury it with more treatment😂. Your current routine is more that enough🤝🏿.

thank you for your vulnerability! 🫂 i've always had breakouts but I didn't experience acne until 23 then the pandemic happened and it got worst. thankfully, i was able to control my acne with trial and error. my main focus is acne scars/hyperpigmentation. i'm def going to be using your tips during my journey. & your skin looks great btw! and happy new year!💗

I’m happy you were able to control your break outs after finding what works for you and your skin type. fading acne scars/hyperpigmentstion takes consistency and patience, but at least we’re in this together. 2024 is our clear skin era I’m calling it!! 🥹💕 So happy you found this video helpful.
