Ingredients:
Rice, Pancetta, 4 chopped onions,
Plum tomatoes, 4tbs tomato paste,
40g ginger, Oil.
OMB spices: 1 tsp of Jollof spice
blend, 1 tbs of Grill spice blend
For the blend:
2 green bell peppers, 2 onions,
2 chillies, 6 cloves of garlic
