Saw your vlog 1st time seeing its on Shimla as I feel so connected with this divine hill station. Hello! I visited Shimla somewhere in July first week. It was pretty unaffected by the floods and normal at the time I was there. I’d say it’s pretty safe to visit Shimla as of now. :)
