I have always thought of the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas as the go to party spot. My friends always stay here, but I had never booked my own room until now. Come along as we explore the casino, pool, and eat at the amazing Bugsy & Meyer's Steakhouse!

Ruby, my wife and I love your videos. We're locals and go on many staycations on the strip. We almost always stay at a Caesars properties when we go, and have a great trick for the wifi in the rooms. We each bring along a phone, tablet and laptop. We each then access the wifi with one devise and then turn on its hotspot. We can then access that hotspot(s) with all the other devises. Works slick and no extra charge for the extra devises.

Great tip on the 2 device limit on wifi. I haven't stayed at a Caesars property for quite a while, but MGM properties don't have this limit. In fact, MGM properties have free wifi even in all public areas.

i think mgm now has a two device limit in rooms. unlimited elsewhere.

You nailed the Flamingo exactly! And that pool water is always freezing!! Even in August. Ridiculous. But it is super fun and the machines seem the loosest of the cluster of Caesars properties. Great video, great length.

I thought the room looked good, better than most of the older non- renovated rooms I've seen. Pool Gestapo is dumb, especially with everything just re-opening! I love Bugsy & Meyer's, great portions, especially the asparagus! Creme Cheesecake and the pineapple drink are both Instagramable! 7:15 Pelvis?!?🤔 Great video Ruby!

Always enjoy the videos Ruby. My stomach lives vicariously at places you guys eat at 😁 I've always liked Flamingo for things you touched on. Met family out there last July, talked them into trying Flamingo because of the location and casual atmosphere. Back then they changed the pool rules, folks had to text then be invited to the pool. We texted for two days at the earliest time, nada. 3rd day my cousin and I went in on a day bed. Pretty sure that was there secret way of compensating for shortage of travelers. Frustrating folks until they forked out for a $400 day bed 🤷 Hopefully they went back to the letting people in as they get there. Have always liked Flamingo pool but the texting inviting last summer was the worst pool experience ever. You're such a joy, keep the videos coming 😊

Thank you for the Vlog. We stayed there last April and you are so right. The WiFi don't work and our family couldn't call each other. So we had to do a place to meet up at. My husband was mad because he thought that's was what we paid the resort fee for. And I truly understood his frustration because we was there for 7 days. That was the only problem we had other than that it was a good stay.

I painted the massive grotto there to look like natural rock and I have painted every room in their new remodel of the rooms.Piff the Magic Dragon is a cheap great show to visit there as well.

Ruby, you are correct with the wifi situation...worst ever regardless where you are in the property. They need to reduce their resort fee accordingly. Their pool transformation to a party pool club is a slap in the face to regular guests. We started going to the upper pool that overlooks the party pool and at least we could get a lounge chair. Lots of kids but at least they are sober!

Love the garden with the animals. Years ago they used to have penguins. I used to love going to the pool before they turned it into a day club. Nice video. Just found your channel and I’m catching up on your older videos, fun to see. 👍

The pool at Flamingo is great I drank 3 white claws from walgreens and did some flips on a Beer can raft thing into the waterfall... didn't really have enough cash to go on the huge ferris wheel I'm definitely going on it next trip to Vegas

The Flamingo is the go-to hotel for my annual buddy trip to Vegas. The resort is located almost exactly in the middle of the Strip, making it very convenient to walk to most other resorts. There are certainly nicer hotels, better pools, and superior food options elsewhere on the Strip, but for the price and the location it is hard to beat the Flamingo. Remember to use your player's card every time you gamble or buy anything! I'm a low-roller but I haven't had to pay for a room (other than resort fee/taxes) at Flamingo in three years.

I always stay at the Flamingo. Fav place and the location can't be beat. Linq right outside, Ceasars across the street. I don't think I have ever actually used the pool there. Not really my thing but the newer rooms are very comfortable.

Last time I visited Vegas I stayed at the Wynn, but years ago I used to stay at the Flamingo. For old times sake, my friend and I went there to the buffet because it used to be amazing. It also had a nice view of the bird sanctuary. The quality of the food at the buffet has seriously gone down hill. Won't eat there again.

Victoria enjoy your stay. Flamingo great location but I would avoid too many issues at Flamingo. Great second choice recommendation in same price range is the Mirage right across the street. Great checkin great pool great location and great rooms

I totally agree with you on your opinion of the Flamingo. My wife and I used to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation which is on the Flamingo property in the back. It was great and you could use the Flamingo pool. Then they started the day club thing which attracted a bunch of idiots. We never stayed there again.

We stayed at the Flamingo many years ago, before the Link existed. Even without the Link, that location was the best and the Flamingo rates make it a terrific deal! Center Strip FTW!!!!!

For my birthday last year stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite at Mandalay Bay Amazing! But one of the Highlights Flamingo pool party they had a DJ he was Awesome we had a beach ball flyin around so much fun drinks are pricey so I only had 2. I highly recommend Flamingo. 😆

The Flamingo was once a great place to stay. It’s gone down hill like a lot of the older properties, especially the ones now owned by Caesars.

The security at the pool is insane.... they found my little bag of plane pretzels at the bottom of a back pocket... felt like I was caught with drugs or something haha. The line is also crazy. Although, getting a daybed when the pool is really packed and hot in July is super fun and it's not as pricey as the Cosmo day parties.
