This thing is amazing. Usually not a fan of red cars, but yall got me trusting the process here. This car turned out amazing - killer work on the paint and fitment of the kit. Get the OEM 17+ BRZ LED Headlights, taillights, and OEM performance package brakes! Simple/easy stuff that has OEM quality and reliability so you can just enjoy this thing!

Personally I am a GM muscle car guy. Never been into the import car scene. That being said I love your enthusiasm and how down to earth you are . Always willing to help your friends. That is why I watch. My personal car is an 02 Firebird Formula right around 380 hp not fast just fun.

It looks so good, the best version of the kit imo, but it's just missing that one last piece, a BIG ASS WING!!!❤

Jimmy, Spoon are by far the best car content creators and builders on the tube, bar none. I love the BRZ with the 2J in it. I hate the car, It doesn't know what it is, a Toyota or a Subaru, same as the A90 Supra. Then you put a 2J in it and that kit and colour. Completely changes the car. Job well done.

I was born in 99 and grew up in the mid 2000s car scene so this is a automatic win for for me like its the closest thing to a Hot wheels car your gonna get. Jimmy thank u so much love it

Jimmy! Fellow 86 owner, that rear bumper oem black exhaust garnish needs to go…. I suggest you get the RBV1 rear diffuser or the aimgain rear diffuser… either one would look SIIIIICK. Also rear tails Valenti Revo and front headlights get the OEN ones the yellow edition 2.0 came with… the car will look sick!

I have come to the realization that Jimmy oakes doesn't like to drive cars but he likes to build them and look at them and I don't blame him at all !!!!!!

with any bright af color like this, color balance is key and not a lot of guys seem to know/notice this. granted it is a learned skill the same as anything else with cars, and aesthetic as a whole. the black accents everywhere help draw back the red from being too much, versus what y'all were envisioning when mocking up the kit. love how the kit came out though, definitely selling me on this chassis a loooot. :P

I'm gonna admit right away that i may see things more old school. I never really understood stretching tires, but at the same time you've pulled that look off well. In my opinion the car looks damn near perfect. But i think it needs beefier tires and maybe raise the rear ¼".

Car looks fire!! I would go up one size on with and height on the tires. Would help fill the wheel wells better and give it a more aggressive stance. Also bigger tires equal more surface area to juice em up. That would go crazy with the red and chrome.

Hey Jimmy just sold my FRS this makes me miss it all over, loved Vlands Headlights/ 2017+ OEM headlights. Ran Tom's tails to be subtle and clean

100% needs new head and tail lights. VLAND blacked out headlights. TOMs red out tail lights. Best combo imo. Meatier tires would look a lot better too.
