Buy what's necessary, keep things as minimalistic and simple as possible, if you already have plastic bottle, use it because not using it is going to make it a "trash". (If you live in warm climates or drink warm water, changing plastic bottle with something else would be nice though)

Watching while using those headphones, and I can confirm they are great. I've never been able to enjoy earbuds of any kind, proper headphones have just always been better for me to use

Those 5 star binder-note books are the best. It’s like a flat binder without the hassle. Forget what they’re technically called but Lasts years! I just fill it up with paper yearly. And placed a plastic clear slip at the front to switch subjects

You hacks have improved my memory and have helped me with what to expect in high/secondary school. I am in my last year of elementary/ primary school and you have made me aware on how to deal with studying. I go to school in the UK so things are a bit different to America. I was wondering if you could look into primary school SATS. They are a series of tests that you do on the last year of school. I would be so happy if you made a video on those. So pencils are mostly preference. My advice is getting a nice pencil case and a pencil sharpener with a lid (I like the prismacolor one but it’s up to you) so the shavings won’t get everywhere. I had pencils (both types), pens, sharpener, extra lead, and a couple of nice erasers and I took it everywhere!! Had everything I needed. I also suggest getting a small little notebook if you doodle all over your notes and stuff. That way you’ll have them without keeping a ton of notes after the year ends.

Honestly I do like using binders and dividing them up to store papers from my classes, But I've also found that using composition notebooks and using a table of contents with them helps out a lot too! I use mine for Biology, English, and Algebra, but I plan on getting more next year.

The nice paper mate mechanical pencils break really really easily for whatever reason and are SUPER expesnsive! I recommend getting like a 30 pack of the cheap mechanical pencils for like 2-3$ and getting a bunch of lead backups…those will last you forEVER!

Pencils are goated. Always will be. Never will be replaced by anything.

For pens vs pencils, I always use erasable pens. The thin ones with the squiggles on the caps are terrible but very cheap, but my money's on the multicoloured Frixion ones. Being able to color-code your notes is amazing, as anyone that's ever owned one of those four-colored pens can tell you

If you use a binder and have to hold onto papers for an absurdly-incredibly-stupidly long time, invest in some “Binder reinforcements” they’re basically ring shaped stickers that keep the hole punched in your papers from tearing or replace them if they do tear

when i have a plastic water bottle i will re use that until the end of time. it will be crinkled as, probably because i make different shapes with it such as a sand timer, but nevertheless i will always use it. keep it in my locker at school and its fine. re-usable ones are good but if you need a plastic one keep it bc these things are reliable as

Book binders aren't very common in my country. The only people I know who use them are businesses but even then, it's still cheaper to get a regular school book and makes sense to have multiple books anyways

Any classic pencil replacement will never be able to achieve the clever and comfortable feeling of having a wood no.2 pencil

Tip: get a good mechanical pencil, that way u can use them for years. Kurutoga are pretty good

For the record I’m an actual college student that uses the first lamp! It’s one of the best things I bought for college. It holds my AirPods, wallet, keys, phone, and jewelry! It also has a usb and classic plug in for charging 11/10 would recommend
