Think its a mod, or maybe he went into my summer car files and changed the bodywork. or maybe changing it using MSCEditor

The GT paint is the custom paint job option from Fleetari. Additionally, there are GT parts scattered around the map. If you install them on the car and pass inspection you will unlock the GT steam trophy
