For me, not just her passive, but her whole skills. If i was Moonton, I will make her have 4 skills instead. 1st skill makes her summon a fiery ghoul and will travel slowly in a very long and straight direction. When an enemy is nearby, the skull instead follows the player and explodes, dealing AOE damage and damaging the infected enemy slowly for 15 secs. Second will make her summon 6-8 ghouls that chase enemies. They have their own fields that damage nearby enemies. Meanwhile, they all explode, leaving plague puddles for 4 secs. 3rd skill will be a big nightmare for Chou, Benedetta, and other heroes with Immune skills. Since she spreads plague magic around her in a very long radius, removing every affected enemies' immunity to CC, even in their skills, even if they are in the phase of their Immune skill. Also it reduces their Physical and Magic Defense. And enemies who gets affected will take damage even if they use their Shield skills/spell. Her Ult is also a nightmare if I made her. She must be near a dead enemy (a Lord, a Turtle, jungle monsters, minions, and heroes.) Once she is near one of them, she can permanently revive them as smart bots, up to 3. They explode and die if she dies. Her Passive is the same as X.Borg. She only deals True Damage. Also, her Basic Attacks are phantom hands that explode on enemies, dealing splash damage. That is all! Thanks!

Ikr!? Her s1 and 2 are insane in teamfight, and s3 does so much damage in late game. In fact, if your team is doing horrible, I would say that makes her even better as that makes her puppet stronger. I used her puppet on a Hylos in late game and our team got wipe out. I only got a couple of the kills tho :(

Or u can target their main damage dealers that have 'unique passive', such as karrie, karina, etc. Their basic attack can deal true damage so u can melt their squishy hero first.

But it back to what situation u face on. When u lack of tanky heroes, u can target their tank first so u can add tanky comrade on ur side, but when u had the lord and want to push lane, i suggest u to aim her ult on their mm/main damage dealers, not only u can reduce their HP and force them to go back but also u can destroy the turrets a lot faster.

she was 2018 meta after her 1st revamp and my 2018 main only her 2nd skill with lt can cut 80%+ hp of the carry her all skill can hurt tank than they nerf her too much they nerf her passive, 2nd skill,ulti damage and make her 1st skill too slow (previously it was fast as gusion 1st skill) yet her skill mechanism are yet too good. So i think she doesn't need revamp but she deserve some buff But they can add some mobility like pharsa
