For example there is a project about an American artist or company but if you’ve not lived in that country then you don’t know who that is. Hi there! I applied to Telus International for the Online Data Analyst position yesterday evening. I was emailed this morning a General Correspondence email to accept terms and conditions for the position and to also submit a resume/cv for review and to complete a Qualification Assignment before an exam is also required. I was wondering if you have insights on this kind of position, as well as, how you go about doing taxes for such freelance positions since they disclose that they are not responsible for taxes. I have never worked as self-employed so I wonder how you go about making sure you're paying taxes on positions like these since they put that disclosure in. Thanks for reading!

Yeah. You’ll submit CV, then write a simple exam. If you pass, you’ll begin the onboarding stage where you’ll upload your ID and SSN Card.

I went through SO much training just to realize I’d only be making at most $12/hr. The job is task based, the tasks take 10 min to complete, and the highest paid tasks pay only $2 per task. So, do the math. $2 per task, and you can only complete 6 tasks in an hour - and they specifically tell you not to work too fast and to work within the estimated time limits. So, is a 3-hour qualification exam, PLUS other smaller exams on top of that to ensure you’re ready for ONE task, AND there are different types of tasks that require their own exams in order to qualify for them?? All UNPAID training and tests?? Not at all worth it.

No its not at all. They lie in the training avout what you'll be doing and kick you off tasks after youve only rated 5-10 tasks.

Hi, it depends on the project. I have had projects that paid out weekly and I had projects that paid out once a month. I hope that’s helpful.

All CHANNEL are only tell in HAWA 😂😂 Bhai mera mtlb hai ki koi satik jankaari nhi de pa rha shayad koi sahi se janta hi nhi... Mera abhi LSM assessment clear hua hai aur ek course diya hai padhne ko aue 2nd exam link mila hai jo sirf PC se attend karna hai 7 dino ke andar us course ko pdh kar...

Hi, thanks for sharing and your comment. It can be hard with some projects to spend time taking tests and not be qualified. Hi, thanks for your comment. There are scams out there with people pretending to be Telus but as far as the real company I haven’t run into any scams the past 5 years with them. But it is important to be careful.
