August 2022, I was 260 LBS. I got COVID, I lost my appetite for a month, and when I recovered I knew I'd gain the weight back. After a few months, I went to the doc, and to my surprise I lost 15 lbs. I thought what would happen if I joined the gym? I joined the gym and I currently weigh 200 LBS. I'm 5'11" and age 42. I lost 60 LBS with degenerative arthritis of the lumbar spine. Exercise: elliptical, long walks, weight training, swimming, sauna, cold showers, and making adjustments in my diet. I really appreciate this video and I look forward to getting my testosterone checked. I'm going to get it done at 7 am because I've heard testosterone is highest in the early morning. Thank you so much for the video and congratulations on your success, your physique, and getting an A + on your T test.

Great info in this vid. You look in fantastic shape. I am a bulky build but rather have the ripped look like yourself. My test has been low so trying everything to raise it. Already using some of your tips gone from 11.4 to 15.1 but have a way to go. ❤

Great Value Radoslav, thank you my man!🙌🏾 My Testosteron is right now at 477 (36 years old), i will implement what you said to increase it. I am already doing intermitting fasting & working out BUT i will try your & Mike Metztners approach with one set. I think i overtrained, sometimes 5-6 times a week, multiple sets and i didnt get really stronger. Also one great point i struggled with was a sleep routine. Mostly after 1am. I think i missed a lot of potential for improvement, so i already set my alarm to 5:55am like you to reforce my paradigm for the more optimal biological body rythm. I`m right now in Vietnam at the beach, so i think its time to see the morning sun :) Thanks again. I will come back in a month and tell you what changed 😁

Hey Magic :) or is it Magic Moii ? :P All the best on your journey to boost your testosterone! I've overtrained a lot in my life as well and taking this approach has helped a lot. Sleep is huge so get that 5:55am start time and you'll be golden. I'm in Bali now, enjoy your time in Vietnam and let me know how it goes :)

For sure. Unfortunately I don’t have blood tests from when I was 20 but based on how I feel (energy, mood, sharpness) and how I look, I’m positive I have more testosterone than my younger self. I’m implying that what im doing has brought me out of a lower state of health and into a higher one, despite being 10 years older. Will have to do an update when I’m 40 and 50 :P

Yeah but in recent years 25 year old males are below 300! I see their labs. Mind blowing! They have no idea their lifestyles choices can reduce or boost. They just need to make better choices. Yes- under 30!

Early morning sunlight and exercise 100% works for getting better sleep. But also improves my mood better than any pharmaceutical ever has.

Yes, both early morning sun and exercise are great for sleep :) A lot of the things I share are not just for testosterone but for overall health which is the real goal, not the number on the piece of paper ;)

Thank you for this. My 21 year old son is dealing with low testosterone, doctor put him on injections for2 months then took him off ( cold turkey) it was still low. He's being sent to a specialist to find out why... Any advice that i can share with him ( specifically)?

The exact advice I share in this video. If you're not training properly, eating well, and sleeping, the extra stuff like injections isn't going to help correct the systemic problem. People tend to look at numbers on a lab and try to fix it with external solutions but the numbers in the labs are a result of lifestyle and therefore, lifestyle needs to be corrected first.

Very interesting indeed. New sub. May I ask: the fact that you love beef and organ meats, and do badly on vegetables, leads me to believe your blood type *isn't* type A - is that correct?

Hey :) I'm not sure what my blood type is. I'm also not so sure that we can determine one's entire nutritional needs based on which blood type someone is, however, I haven't researched blood typing diets or tried them so I would just be speculating :P

it is a shame that the results did not show the free testosterone as that is the one that it is bioavailable to the body.
