I know before I went Carnivore that I was emotionally driven to the point of it blocking the logic and reasoning parts of my brain. I’m not anti fruit and vegetables but after so many years of eating high carbs and processed foods I absolutely cannot eat vegetables. Ashamed to see the very country I served 2 combat tours in Afghanistan for in the state it is today. The older and wiser I get the more sick this country appears. Where are the moral standards? Sad, to say the least.

The secret service do this job almost every day and have done for decades. This time there was a severe lapse in security and a high risk area was seemingly ignored. I find it very difficult to accept this was incompetence.

We are what we eat. I lived long enough in the US to realise just how toxic the food supply is. The quality of grass fed beef down under is way way higher.

i agree. i think alot of this stuff is caused by our diet but i think the real reason is we took God out of our schools and parents are just absent from their kids lives growing up. we don't teach them discipline and respect any longer. God help us.

Diet is important. The artificial flavors, colors in foods or druge wired my kids so I cooked everything from scratch for about 18 years. I thought they outgrew it but now I wonder. Many would not ddo the work They opted for the ADHD drugs and monthly kidney tests. I always felt better if I started my day with eggs and bacon.

As a carnivore, I feel the best I have felt all my life. The truth about the foods that we eat really needs to be told everyone. Our government needs to stop these companies that are poisoning The population with sugar and additives. it was tragic that someone tried to take President Trump’s life. I know carnivores, including myself, that feel 100% mentally better with this style of eating.

There are people in our society who are being radicalized.

Early on in my carnivore journey, I discovered my own attitude and composure began to change for the positive. I have a theory that the whole toxins thing of the current "western" style of eating (now worldwide), on average, doesn't really level up to invasive until someone is in their 20s. I look at our leadership class, a class that is now more geriatric than not, and I think on a 150 years of teaching people to eat improperly. I'm quite keen on the thought that before that dark chapter of history characterized by eugenics, the rich, the powerful "leaders," they were eating high protein low carb diets as they had been taught by their ancestors. My theory is that those families still in power have forgotten that generational diet; beguiled into grains etc. by the Battle Creek Sanitarium and founding religious doctrine that surrounded it. A generation or 5 removed from that and even those families, that once upon a time knew better, have succumb to the sickness. If I'm right, the irony they have themselves fallen into the diet designed, by purpose or coincidence, for the masses is wild to think about. Myself, I'm suspicious that once discovered as improper and toxic, the darkness of eugenics thought that percolates in the high-flatulent, self-indulgent and entitled halls of humanity is actively cultivating a hidden intent; an intent for a long-term plan to "thin the herd."

In regards to nutrition, I believe that it is the conscious awareness of one's diet which leads to being healthier---not the diet itself (unless the diet is twinkies 24/7). When I became vegetarian, I essentially had to start from square one on what I was supposed to eat. Because of that, I had no idea what to do since I had to replace meat in my diet. This led me to do lots and lots of online research on what is important for a healthy diet: calories per day, protein intake, etc. I was actively thinking about what I was eating, and I had to make sure that what I was eating was giving me enough energy to be able to maintain my workout routine. And all of this led to me eating in a much, much healthier way. Though, I think the rise of tumult in the U.S. is mostly due to a lack of awareness in ourselves and in others as well.

The carnivore diet cured my mild depression, and many other issues. If eating like this fixes so many mental illnesses, then it’s obvious that NOT eating a proper human diet is causing a lot of it.

We are what we eat and take. Medication and vaccines. I had two horrible reactions to two jabs and the first time it also involved extremely dark dark thoughts. The opposite of who I am or was. But they still come. Why? Is it the metals in them? What would cause that?
