The use of ws shikue is... obviously to have a power crush from crouch, so you can get out of pressure after moves that leave you in crouch while you're in heat.

@@tongpoo8985 i asked them for an easy i15 punish and chikuee buff and I got both.. I gotta use him more in ranked to say more about the df1 hitbox. On the other hand, things that need to be fixed is his charging df321, which loses to high power crushes even if df32 is on hit. And my personal wish is that after F1+2 successful punch parry they fall closer allowing kazuya better oki

@@KazuyaKai1012 df14 into ff4/d3+4 is good yeah, he did need that like df12 in tekken 7. chikue doesnt feel fitting for kaz, hes not supposed to have a get out of jail free card, being able to do it 3x is crazy. just my opinion. df321 and f1+2 make sense. im pretty sure they hotfixed the df1 back to how it originally was. was able to staple 3x EWGF yesterday and now i cant. maybe skill issue but it was so easy for me yesterday.

My only other want is buffed movement and legacy moves for the cool factor. Devil CD3 was always +5~6f on block, but now the opponent is kept right next to you instead of being pushed back a bit I think jab range was also slightly buffed, not including the second jab.

Almost back to the good old days when DF 1, 4 was a launcher. Maybe if the frames are adjusted it can be one again, where you use heat burst to bound for a combo

u could save the combo before too after df2 if u had quick reactions. Failed pewgf, b2,4 microdash df1,df2 was the consistent route . Useless information now but it was puzzling as to how many kaz players didnt even know about it.

@tongpoo8985 Im just going to say this here because some people dont know how it works. Df1 hitbox was pushed down much lower to match what it looks like, so it picks up after combos so much easier. It doesnt have an extended horizontal hitbox however, so if its too far before patch, it wont hit them aftee patch However, the hitbox change is huge enough still since it makes combos much more consistent and opens up more routes

11:50 even before the buffs, i was getting great utility out of shikueh. now im pretty sure it will get nerfed in the next character patch, which i think it now deserves. i very much like having access to it out of crouch, and the reduced cost on the heat bar. i just feel that the damage is way too high. its a mid armored tornado move. ive done shikueh, whifffed, they try to hop kick or some other long range airborne punish, and i do it again and they basically die. i feel like it should do literally zero damage. its a utility move, not an attack.

I managed to pull off all combo except for the triple electric one and the pwegf. Im not too worried about pwegf but I cant get tripple electric to work. It seems way stricter than tekken 7 3x electric. I kept dropping between the 3rd electric and mini dash into df1. Cant even get it to work once (well it did connect sometimes but the combo reset). Is there anymore tips to look out for? Im not sure if I dash too shallow for the 3rd electric or too slow between the mini dash and the df1, or the first two electric has to be close to frame perfect, or is there a specific timing

I think there will be small or "minor" patches over this half a yr to a yr's time... to correct any unintended results of this patch, or anything particularly screwy following these changes. i saw something with Paul's damage on the stage with the explosive floor that 100% needs to be fixed.

Me over here being a Jin main crying that they massacred my boys damage to an insane degree. Kazuya can near death combo you off a +5 on block high, meanwhile If I use CH just frame CD1, into just frame CD2, B3,Zen1, BF2,3,Zen,U1, BF2,1,2 Wall bound, Heat burst, FF2, FF4 while in rage all I get is 104 damage, when prepatch I used to do 119. That’s a nerf of 15 damage! That’s wild to me. Demon paw nerfs are fine, it needed a nerf, but the damage makes no sense. It’s not like these launchers/combos are super easy or safe. Kazuya can do like 60+ more damage off a +5 on block high, but I’m -13 on block with my mid launcher CD1. That is hella risky and hard to land, I don’t see why that needed such an insanely heavy handed damage nerf. Thoughts?

I keep having this strangest issue on controller that after I land demon god fist, half the time I try to do Patricide fist the game gives me grab instead, and I’m checking the inputs and there is no up forward input being pressed, so strange. Basically it’s giving me up forward punch grab with df input half the time
