Ok so I closed my eyes and listened and here's what I pictured (this is gonna be pretty long I think so sorry in advance haha): So at the beginning of the song I was in a kayak on a big lake and then when it started to say "o-ya-su-mi" 4x a really colorful fish jumped out of the water and kinda dragged me down to the bottom of the lake and all of the creatures around us were singing along. then when we finally got to the bottom the song started the "days go by, shouganai" part and there was just a pastel world (kinda like in omori) that was not underwater. there were these fish on gondolas (I think that's what they're called) cause there was a huge lake in the middle and the world was completely crazy. Like almost everything was upside-down and every animal had another animals body parts replacing its own and I just explored there for the rest of the crazy part of the song. Then when the song started to calm down, the fish dragged my back through the water and onto my kayak again and I kinda woke up.

I want to be an animator so badly, I have a whole idea for this song y'know? I can imagine a whole backstory. It amazes me how powerful, creative, and imaginative the human brain is! bruh this song gives me so many bad memories. i used to have a friend on roblox, his name wass RobZYKawaii. we'd been friends for 2 years or atleast thats from what I remember. i think we met in epic games? im not sure. he was like there for me all the time and he always played with me n stuff. he always defended me and would match with me etc. this was like from 2018-2020 i think? well so basically we hadn't talked in a few months and suddenly one day he joined me again. we were playing horrific housing and i asked if he had discord since i like just got it. then i added him and i had a stupid crush on him. after like a few minutes of adding him i did something which i really regret tbh, i told him i liked him. and i was 10 at that time he was 16, ik its bad. he said he didnt like me and i got really sad. i then gave him nitro for him to like me and he said yes. it wasnt really a relationship tbh since we barely played anymore. he also started ignoring me sometimes. i remember i started wanting to meet him and stuff and it was really stupid. when we started playing again it was breaking point, and he called me bad and stuff. he had this other friend i really dont remember her name but it was olivia i think, im pretty sure im wrong but whatever. so basically he always said she was way better n stuff and i got so jealous and started getting so angry at him. i ruined it all for us. and i regret everything and all the memories we had together. he pratically used me or thats just what i think. after a few days i started making stuff up in my head and i regret so much. i regret not telling him at that time i had bpd, (borderline personality disorder) if you dont know what it is its basically when i get constant mood swings, i will have bad thoughts of getting abandoned. i would try self harm and i would forget stuff very easily. so i got so jealous and had a big argument with him. after it happened, i unfriended him, i blocked him aswell. a few weeks later i got so angry and regretted everything. after that he changed his name to 'Oayasu'. i kept stalking him every single day and he made a group with that girl (olivia) which i really hated and i joined it and started saying personal stuff about him and then he blocked me. i felt so awful but i slowly grew out of him yet i kept thinking about him everyday even until now. his account got deleted, and the discord account i talked to him on i think i disabled? or i just forgot the email and pass and everything was ruined. i couldnt ever contact him again since i forgot his friends usernames and i had no contact to anyone or anything. i still remember all our memories until this day. i kept dreaming about him. i kept hearing this voice in my head telling me that if i die i would be with him and that all this would be gone and left behind, so1 year later, i tried killing myself because i kept thinking that i would see him as a ghost or if he died i could be with him. unfortunately, i didn't die and i was in hospital. i cried for so long since i knew i could never see him again. i had so much regret and until this day i still remember him yet i have grew out of him. his name was lucas btw, so hi lucas if your seeing this. The game, Omori, reminds me of my nightmare, infact, my worst nightmare, along with my inferiority complex. The nightmare being a kind of state which starts out with nothingness, all white with no one there but me. As the colourful out of place are comes in, it reminds me of when I wake up and this dream goes on, everything is out of place, everyone is far away, and nothing is right. Inferiority complex being the fact that I put too much blame on myself, and cannot find a way to move on from the dark thoughts that enter my mind. There's this constant voice in me head telling me I'm wrong and it's all my fault that I should just...*die*. I push myself away yet I expect them to be there for me and try to let the darkness consume me even when I ask for help, thinking that then they might leave me, that I can save them from whatever this is. I have not played the game, but I've seen multiple gameplays, endings, and none of them manage to make me calm down from these mind ruining thoughts. Even this song reminds me of this... terrifying nightmare which haunts me to this day Needless to say, this game hits hard, harder than I could imagine.

I'm literally using this song as inspiration for a dnd character that was abused by their parents their whole life thinking it was normal until they realized it wasn't and found shelter in religion But the trauma was such it led to horrific anger issues and almost psicosis so they ended up murdering their parents out of pure wrath, and was surprised to feel no guilt at all after that So they mainly feel like a walking monster putting a facade of motherly care while they feel detached all the time and it's just waiting for the day of their death (they can't suicide because of their goddess)
