My family and i have been waiting to go to Isha for forever. We believe so much that there's something deeper within for us to find and a great way to do this is through yoga. In a video a while back, Praju said she related to being more spiritual than religious and I believe that describes me perfectly. Seeing her being so proud about Indian culture and relating to my beliefs is amazing

I did Inner Engineering 3 years ago, the calmness and serenity your video shows of the ashram, I somehow feel the same peace internally. In a way Inner Engineering, in my experience, is a way to keep a little bit of the ashram and Sadhguru within you. I take on life to the max, while still being at ease. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to live life a little more deeper! 🌺

Hey, It feels good to see you feel what I felt during my visit to Isha. My Maasi and her husband are full-time volunteers as Inner Engineering Teachers at Isha. I myself am an Isha meditator practicing Shaambhavi Mahanmudra (taught in Inner Engineering) , Suryakriya and Yogasanas. It's been life changing for me specially inner engineering. Would definitely recommend everyone to do it.

I feel so nice she is going to my village. Even i have gone to Isha, and it's a wonderful experience to just be there!!And you are so lucky to be there during Maha Shivaratri. The programs are beautiful there at that time!! Proud to be from Coimbatore!!!! Anybody else from Coimbatore???

I love how prajakta is related with spirituality.. Being born in big cities... It used to take tensions and frustration becomes integral part of life.. But Isha foundation gives me a soothing experiance about life and our own existence...

4:35 This is so true. When I went there for the first time for the BSP program, I had that 'mind my own business' attitude with strangers. But here even strangers were greeting with eye contact and a smile, even if they said nothing. 4 days in, and I was doing the same. It's infectious I guess 😅

As soon as you enter the ashram you feel a different level of calmness and peace here.. I feel blessed to get the opportunity to be there.. The journey we made through that spring, walking in the water, splashing like kids it was out of the world experience.. We all must visit the ashram once at least 🙏🙏🙏
