Shout out for my home! I usually call it "close to the fires of hell" instead of Phoenix lol. Anyone who hasn't experienced August in Arizona, I can give you exactly what this Dry Heat is like... Open your oven, that blast of heat against your skin? That's what getting in your car or going outside feels like. No moisture or anything but hot moving air. Going to go try out that grill n go!

That chicken is just perfectly done. It is fully cooked. I have had chicken like this many times. it doesn't have that mushy feel of undercooked chicken.

unfortunately the way chicken is raised now means that the marrow leaks easily, making chicken look raw/undercooked. i doubt a michelin starred place is serving undercooked chicken that's unsafe!!

@@ThePokeSpongeMaybe so, but his content is now lacking. He loves everything, it is all AAH-MAAAZ-ING, umami this, umami that. Most of it is restaurant reviews now and fewer food halls, food trucks, and little mom and pop stands.

My most night marish problem is I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE HIGH QUALITY MEATS. Thing about it is, it fills me up super quick. I want to just sit and eat nice meats and I can't eat enough to justify some of the prices. 😢
