A few from mine (Minnesota) for 2023 Valeska Surrat - Nameless (tight fast screamo with tight playing an interestinly high pitched vocals) Identity Crisis - My Own Path (straightforward Hardcore) Unnatractive Giant Monster - Return Of The Attack Of The Mutant Pizza (quirky upbeat Punk with a Sci-Fi lean)

Hard to choose for top of the year between Jeff Rosenstock's HELLMODE and PWRUP's Just Devils

Great video. I'm also biased as far as Diesel Boy, having spent some time with the guys in the last half of the 90s. Regardless. I think Gets Old is their best album. Maybe because it's the first one in 20 years. (How's that for biased reviews) Love your videos.

Do a segment on the Smut Peddlers who have 3 of the best punk rock records of the century under their belt- "ism", " Coming Out", " tarball 2000".. Don' t get them mixed up wit the hip hop group of the same name

What about some bands like (zulu) who a recently discovered OR check out 'ratcage' from the UK they based about 2h drive from me, I am yet to see them live, but got there new album in 2023 and it hit hard! SO hard that I would not recommend listening to them at the gym and I got SO PUMPED I ran faster than my body could cope with and tore the muscle in my leg, 4 months using crutchs to walk, but still blasting that album! Just not at the gym 😂

Listening to Fabled lead me into an album by a band called Dogs - Turn against this land. It's from 05 outta England . Have you heard it?

One of my favorite punk albums that dropped is a local band from Long Beach, Ca. Dissention- Bought the Pharma...good shite check it out...

Guess you never heard or listened the Chisel..saw them open for GBH and they almost blew them away, bit different style though, hink motorhead mixed with Oi!.Also do yourself a big favor and check out Gross Polluter who formed after Smogtown broke up. The need Shattered Faith is pretty worthy.I listened to versus the world and made it almost 20 seconds..do we really need more lagwagons, propaghandi 's( which is who they sound exactly like)
