Hello Again.
I have been asked a lot on what five websites I would recommend for beginner voice over artists to look at, join or at least consider. Well, here they are. For some of you this list may seem obvious because I talk about these once a lot, but I wanted to have one video were I list them together.This is just my list and my opinion.

Thank you!! On a unrelated note, are there any sites for amateur and fun non-paid projects? Voice-acting is just a hobby of mine (though I wouldn't mind to be paid!!) and I just want to have fun :D (Sorry if this has already been established in the video and if my english is bad, English is not my first language!)

Hey! I know this isn’t really related the video, but I was just wondering how to reduce the noise in the background when I’m recording audio. The fan on my computer is rather loud and it always seems to make an appearance in my recordings. But when I change the input settings of my microphone on my computer, it (my voice/the audio in general) isn’t getting as loud as I need it to be. I do this in a pretty open room that a lot of people walk in as well, and I can’t really change the location. So if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them! Thanks!! I loved the video by the way!
@FunnyGuyTimmy
@FunnyGuyTimmy 3 жыл бұрын
1. Dynamic mic. A dynamic mic will pick up far less noise. I have a few videos on dynamic mics and how to use them for VO. 2. Put distance between you and the PC. At some point you will need to get super long cables so you can record further from the PC fan. 3. Start planning to move to a different location to record. Even if you can't do it right away, you need to plan where your next recording space will be.

ACX is great if you can get paid work. Forget royalty. If they are a top name author they would rather pay you up front than share in royalties. If they can’t afford to pay you they also can’t afford to promote the book so neither of you will make money.

Bodalgo, may rate much higher than VDC in the Hollywood scene. While VDC is finally starting to realize it has set the standard for what a platform like it does negatively for Voice Talent, it's far from earning respect again. Just sayin'.

Hey I have a question, like I make my animation and I don't have a good voice skill and so my animations are getting wasted without doing voice overs and I actually need to pay for hiring voice artist and they cost a lot of money, can you suggest me a method to find voice artists for free and can make short voice overs for small scale 2d animators like me....plz
@FunnyGuyTimmy
@FunnyGuyTimmy 3 жыл бұрын
For free? You need to try and pay people that are willing to work, even if it’s not that much. If you can’t afford that much you should save up and have a set budget. However, you can try posting auditions on castingcall.club. But you need to offer the artists something in exchange for their services. Maybe you could make an animated intro for their demos or art pieces for their marketing. These are the kinds of things that would benefit them in the long run and if they are doing something for you for free using their skills, you could do something for them for free using yours.

@@FunnyGuyTimmy hi. Thanks for the info. Im a content creator and I want to get my scripts voice overed. What would the most economical way to do it. I wanna post on youtube, so do I pay upfront or give them royalty for videos. Can you suggest something please? Thanks

@@sankymonkeygaming upfront. Being that there is no real way you can guarantee a substantial number of views per month, it’s not really on the table. Large companies can do that but not indie content creators.

There are some programs that can do ai learning for voice but it’s more complicated then just having a random audio file. You could actually search voice deep fake software and might find what you are looking for.

can anyone tell me if there is a software or a website which include text to speech with different styles (happy, sad, angry...) and thank you a lot
@FunnyGuyTimmy
@FunnyGuyTimmy 3 жыл бұрын
No. There really isn’t. You would have to use deep learning A.I. to replicate the “style” of delivery. But that would require having samples of someone being angry, happy, sad, etc... to then have the A.I. replicate it. At that point you might as well have a voice actor record it.
