This does change from time to time in terms of the brands I swap in and out, but the general pattern of functionality tends to stay the same.

Hey Edward, I'll take that as a compliment! I still find it amusing that people think my Aussie accent sounds soothing, we think it's a bit rough around the edges if anything. I honestly enjoy longer form content but i may be a minority. I stay away from short videos, they tend to just contain the information that i can get on the website. I like the opinions, competitive options, beam shots at the end ect. Solid work, your channel will grow!

Absolutely it's fine, if a person cannot consider pause, ffwd, skip or utilize playback speed, they're not actually bright enough of a bulb to consider their throw if ya catch muh lumen👍💪👊.

Hi Darren, watching here from Washington state at 9AM on Saturday,, February 24th, 13 hours after you posted in Australia. One short comment, I'm glad to see more manufacturers like Wurkkos starting to introduce constant current drivers on their flashlights and hope these same manufacturers also start offering a wider range of emissions as well, specifically emitters in the 4000-5000K range. Thanks for the new video mate!

Hi Gus, how you doing man. Yep, I didn't expect many people to be there, was an odd time - most people in the US probably sleeping. You can really tell the difference with those efficient, regulated drivers as they run less hot with sustained output. I have some interesting Nextorch models on the way, quite excited.

Hi Darren, I'm doing great! Yes, I was sound asleep when you posted the video. I'm with you, I have way too many flashlights, about 40 in all. For me to buy another flashlight it has to be a lot different than those I already own, which is why I watch your videos to see what's new on the horizon. New boost drivers, efficient emitters, longer runtimes, double-cell versions, and better color tints all excite me! Looks like manufacturers are starting to respond to our inputs, which is good!

My pineapple mini stone wash is my EDC . Wonderfull little light. I attacked mine with a buffing wheel so now it's vintage look so when the missus sees it doesn't look like I had just bought it .

The ti ts 10 with cu is great fun light. Probably lowest moonlight in the business.

They took the throw away from that Pioocan by changing the led. Looks like wuben or lumintop. ✌️

I prefer a simple light as well, i do want an audiril light one day, but just to access weird features that look cool, i need to get me a proper headlamp for the woods, the little acebeam h16 gets the Job done but just for commuting, if o decide to wander after work I'll need something more powerful for sure, feel safer around cars too. Miss my thrunite th10v2 thrower headlamp, for feeling safe on the highway, i really just want a woods exploration light lol where i feek like i can sit on a log and im in a warm euphoric cozy space and colors look good, but not to orange like those maglights I remember. I think maybe an armytek or zebra light, that stone washed titanium pineapple mini looks good, i like that little keychain light the E8, ide put that on my backpack when biking. Should get a seemee 300, get that cool red halo on the ground. I'm gorilla taping an energizer HDEB32 to the back of my helmet now with the acebeam h16 up front, trying to be more frugal and haven't been buying processed food, been watching Dr.Bobby Price. Lol going on a tangent. I should order a convoy lol

So many choices hey... I mean with headlamps you can go budget with many Wurkkos models like the HD15/20, or even that Wuben E8, or get something more pricey but with better build quality (fenix, acebeam, armytek, zebra light, nextorch).

My friend here just made what I think is a wonderful observation! At the END of any period of time, she thinks that YES_ tell what YOU, whoever YOU might be, is the BEST of whatever item or such you might be reviewing. But at not EVEN TWO MONTHS into the year ... this is HER now, not me - lol ... how in the H3LL can ANYONE tell what is THE BEST for any particular year? Maybe around the six-month mark you could say what you think is THE BEST for half-way through the year, but COME ON... it's not even MARCH of 2024, any you are wanting US to think YOU KNOW what the BEST EDC FLASHLIGHT IS? Nope. Personally, I feel my friend here has a VERY valid point. Maybe I am the ONLY one who thinks my friend is correct, but I would love to KNOW, by show of THUMBS UPs, if there are others who feel this way. At least wait for a few more months before declaring you KNOW the best of whatever you are speaking of. RIGHT? Oh boy_ gonna have a GOOD TIME tonight - HUGE smile from friend - hee hee.
