I own a teardrop and have been places I wouldn't take a standard travel trailer too. From the entire length of the Washington Back Country Discovery Route (BDR), parts of Oregon BDR and parts of Northern California BDR. Thousands of miles of off road exploration. This year I am going to replace it due to lack of storage. I am focusing on models that have built in storage for cooking/food goods (dry and refrigerated), storage for my clothing, exterior storage for things like chain saw, axe, etc.
There are two companies I am mainly focusing on due to the greater value in the market place. I'll be flying to their manufacturing sites and really focusing on quality of build.
