I love Precure! My favourite season is probably Go! Princess and I am enjoying the most recent season Tropica Rouge.

Let me just say I just discovered your channel and as someone who is a huge precure fan (i also watch axe zone and tyranno, recently discovered doreimani who always does similar reviews) but I love your breakdown of the characters and I love seeing fresh takes on series that have a lot of similar things said about them. Not only was your review refreshing but even your thoughts on Doki Doki, I completely agree. *SPOILER WARNING to anyone who hasn’t watched) but I also don’t think Regina should have been cure ace. She was spoiled and selfish because that’s what she was the embodiment of so she would not be able to pull a proper face turn to become a good guy it would never have worked. I like the brunette turning into a red cure a lot actually. Anyway, I have like 1000 subscribers on this account and kept wondering if I should get into posting my opinions on precure because I often see people lack a certain side of opinions and your video definitely inspire me to get back into making precure videos because it was such a honest and I’m biased, which I really appreciated so thank you lol and I hope you do more Precure videos. Maybe favorite characters from each season or top 10s idk this was really nice though thank you :) Also tbh I watched more reviews on seasons than I have actual seasons but I always hear that milky. Rose is so annoying, but to be honest in the new series where there adults she actually seems very helpful and like she matured a lot so I would imagine she matured a lot and go-go as well. I never really care for the purple cures, but one thing I think yes five go-go did well. Was get a sort of power ranger theme coloring down right. Like if you think of the original mighty Morphin for US viewers, it has all the standard ranger colors (yes they add more later) but yes, five go-go does that perfectly having every single color I guess my only real nitpick is I wish she was just named a cure instead of the whole milky rose thing, but it actually makes more sense she’s not a cure because she turns into a human to help them. She does not have the same powers as them but at the same time you can tell she inspired her outfit by how the first cures outfits look so it makes sense. I might have to watch it and I do think maybe it was because the audience was getting tired of the characters that Hass to be it now that I think about it because I never hear anyone complain about this season and from what I heard about it I assume that even someone like mint didn’t get much screen time but as I’m starting to watch, I’m learning she is so I guess i agree with you. it’s probably good at ended on a higher note instead of ending on a low one. I’m definitely gonna finish watching now.

Hey! I may be a little late to comment but I loved your ranking! I watched both parts and both were very nice to watch! I’m so happy Go Princess Precure was on 2nd! It’s my favourite Precure season ever! Though I kinda wish it was first, I TOTALLY agree with you on all the points you made for Fresh. A pretty underrated season in my opinion that I also love. Anyways, if you have time to read it, here are my thoughts on every Precure season! Futari Wa: An absolute classic! I love the friendship between Nagisa and Honoka and how it felt like a natural friendship! And even if the villains were a bit bland, (besides Kiriya, I love him) I think Futari wa was overall just a very good season! (Oh yeah, did I mention I hated Fujipi?) Max Heart: It was okay. I liked the villains a bit better, and their interactions were in my opinion way more funny and/or interesting. As for Shiny Luminous, I don’t get why so many people hate her, she’s really cute, and it’s not like she doesn’t have a personality, it’s just because she’s adapting to human life and all that she becomes a more interesting person. (I still hate Fujipi 😒) Splash Star: I ADORE this season! At first I was a bit turned of when I started the first episode, but when I watched it with my brother, I instantly loved it! The characters were likable, and the villains were so funny. And that twist at the end was just 👌. Also we NEED more Michiru and Kaoru love! Yes! Precure 5: Another one of my favourites! I love the backgrounds in this seasons, there so pretty! I love all the girls and there relationships, and I really like Coco and Nutts as characters. And my favourite girl ever, Komachi is in this season! She is just too underrated, by the show and the fans IMO. Also was I the ONLY ONE who wasn’t bothered by there outfits and some of there hair? Milk is the only bad thing about this season though. Yes! Precure 5 GoGo: I haven’t really watched this one, but what I’ve seen of it, it’s ehhhhhhh for me. It’s just kinda boring and I don’t want to sit through these already developed characters, who had all there things figured out in the last season, and see them learn basically the exact things they already knew. Hey at least Milk got better. Fresh: This one is just pure awesomeness! The first few episodes were a bit meh, but it got waaay better around episode 12 i think? I love Setsuna’s redemption arc, the sci-fi feel the villain layer has, Kaoru-Chan is awesome, and it’s just a very very good season! And people should give it more credit. After all, it saved the ENTIRE FRANCHISE from extinction! HeartCatch: A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! That’s all I have to say. 🌸 Suite: It’s kind of a mess, the villains don’t do that much until later on, some of the characters are underdeveloped, Sirens arc will never even compare to Setsunas, etc. But there’s just something so charming about this season to me. While it certainly isn’t people’s favourite, (me included) it’s overall just a fun, admittedly very messy, ride. Smile: ITS SO GOOD! While I do prefer Yes Precure 5 a bit more, this is just so much fun! The characters are great and well developed, I love all the Cure designs and personality’s, and the villains are just so fun! (Also as much as I appreciate this season bringing in new viewers, myself included, Glitter Force is something that should have never existed.) Doki Doki: It’s a good season. I don’t have much to say as I only watched the English Dub and some of the beginning episodes subbed. Though the characters are enjoyable, (minus Cure Ace ) and the plot is very interesting and ambitious for a Precure season. Good but I’d have to rewatch it. Happiness Charge: Oh boooooooy, Happiness Charge. This season was just, not very good. I would say I don’t hate it as much as others would, but I still do not like this one. The characters are bland, (I do like Yuko and Hime) the villain generals are laughable, I hate the many dropped plots, the final battle, while very well animated is mediocre at best, and this season singlehandedly created one of the WORST supporting characters in ALL OF PRECURE! (Blue, I REEEALY hate him 😡) Go! Princess: Can I even say anything about this season that hasn’t already been addressed? After the dumpster mess that was Happiness Charge, this season came out, and it was just absolutely nothing short of amazing! I love this seasons, design, aesthetic, characters, plot, villains, side characters, MOTW battles, conflicts, just literally EVERYTHING! I’ve watched this season twice now and it never fails to make me smile! Go Princess FOREVER! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👑👑👑👑👑👑 Mahō Girls. It’s fine. The characters are decent and the setting is cool. I’ve only watched 12 episodes but I WISH they could’ve had more time in the magic world. Overall, a very half and half season so far. Kira Kira: I have barely watched this season and for good reason, the whole entire show is just a cluster of messy sweets. The weird MOTW villains are stupidly laughable looking, the theme I just CANNOT take seriously, and even though the character designs are cute, this season is just like getting sick from diabetes. Hugtto: It’s pretty darn solid. I haven’t seen that much of it but it’s good. The art style is nice, the characters are likeable and so on. Overall not one of my personal favourites, but it was a pretty good season for the 15th anniversary of Precure. Okay, whew. I’m getting tired of writing this and if you made it this far, good for you! I’m just gonna rank Star Twinkle, Healing, And Tropical Rouge down below real quick. I knew I could trust you! lol I’m gonna subscribe, i also like heart catch but that doesn’t mean I love it I feel like a lot of people just hop on the bandwagon because to be honest go princess and smile are both pretty good, but I do appreciate hard catch for what it is but it probably would be in my top five but it wouldn’t be my number one But I will say maybe top three I had to come back to edit this comment because HeartCatch is really good and the more you described the more I remember watching it and loving it but I still love gold princess a little bit more (sorry my comments are so long 😂😂

So, fun fact: the fairies "pooping" out their charms was a way for the creators to get back at Toei, who was forcing them to lighten up the show due to its dark themes. Whelp, nothing lighter than poop jokes XD

Finally finnished Mahou Tsukai so I can now say how I felt about this portion. Your not wrong about it being very Harry Potter like but the Ojamajo Doremi fan in my would not stop making stupid jokes about certain characters reminding me of other characters. As for your issue with the villains I have to disagree with the first half statement as I found them to be super charming especially Batty and Gamatsu and even the big bad had more to him than I was expecting given the relationship he had with the headmaster. Don't get me wrong I don't think it was perfectly done with them but I enjoyed the spin they brought to them regardless especially Batty in the end trying to find his purpose after his master was killed. The second half villains though while I love the designs they have and I loved the Genie kinda fucking with the previous villains with his magic after they were written out I found myself bored of him and the rest. Also I think this is the only season were our big bad was literally not even an actual character which was massively disappointing. As for the criticisms of the human world vs magical world, I felt there was a good enough balance for me although I do admit that's because all the adventures in the magic world felt good since their were less than the normal stuff allowing them to be more special. Gotta agree immensely with the characters of this season being the best part. Mofurun is such a different fairy companion and one I loved from start to finish for her fun nature and past with Mirai giving her something more than normal fairy companions, although part of why I like her might also go to her VA playing best little sister Minori from splash star. As for Ha Chan I loved her a lot although trust me she reminded me a lot of a character from Doremi who was similarly written but her personality and the fun she gave to the season was very good. As for the Duo they are really good overall but I felt Riko got a lot more character stuff than Mirai what with her older sister, her father and her mother as compared to Mirai but that doesn't stop Mirai from being very charming and likable. Also I swear this is easily the season with the best Yuri material for our main two like I swear if they kissed at the ending it would have felt totally natural like I was legitimately expecting it they seemed to ship them so hard especially since they were Ha Chan's mothers after all. Regardless glad to see you loved this season as much as I did and I am going now watch your princess segment cause I also finished that recently.

Heartcatch is one of the few pretty cure seasons i haven't watched yet, but i adore the opening theme so i sometimes watch it for fun. I was so sure Itsuki was a guy?! I thought "he" would play the role of one of the girls love interest, not cure sunshine atleast

I finished two seasons and I’m working on two so here are my opinions Smile: Probably the best season to watch if you’re new to PreCure. Even though this season really only goes over the basics of PreCure, they do it in the best way possible. The characters are awesome (ESPECIALLY YAYOI), the writing is good and makes sense, the ending is emotional (and doesn’t just go LaLaLa DaNcE aTtAcK WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE), and almost everything about this season is so good. 100% would recommend to beginners. Doki Doki: Sorry to everybody that likes this season but to me it kinda sucked. All the cures besides Rosetta and maybe Sword are highly unlikable(Ace is my least favorite cure ever) and the twist with Ange was straight up stupid and made no sense. How the heck was Aguri the good side of Ange but Regina the bad side? And how is Regina 14 and Aguri is technically 1?! THIS PLOT TWIST MAKES TO FREAKING SENSE!! I highly disliked the baby mascot because AT LEAST THE OTHER BABY MASCOTS WERE ACTUALLY RELEVANT TO THE STORY BUT NOPE AI-CHAN EXISTS FOR NO REASON BUT TO BE AGURI’S FAIRY COMPANION. But I have to admit that there are a few things I like about this season. Rosetta is pretty likable and sword is at least interesting. Lance and Dabi were pretty fun companions and the villains were kinda good. I also like the love and selfishness concept but I still wish it was executed properly. Go Princess: I think this might be my favorite season. The characters, the transformations and attacks, the theme. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SEASON SO MUCH!! One of the things I love that most seasons don’t do is instead of making the side characters some random brunettes that we see for five seconds, they actually get development and grow! Now I might get attacked for this, but I’m kinda glad Yui was never a cure. I love her but it doesn’t fit her character and probably isn’t what she wants so yeah Yui is better off not being a cure. Hirogaru Sky: This season is off to such a good start! The main lead seems to be unique and not bland. The villain kabaton is pretty fun so far and I can’t wait for the others. Sora x Mashiro IS CANON and you can’t convince me otherwise. Not to mention what Toei is doing with the cures. Our first male cure, first blue lead, first non lead pink cure, and first non mid season fairy cure! I hope this season stays as awesome as it is!

Futari Wa Pretty Cure (both seasons) I would have put closer to 1 than you did, but you were right about the villains. Their biggest failing was unforgivable: they were boring. As the season progressed I hated to see the villains show up. I would think "get back to the big Lacross match", "I'd rather see the girls hang out eating takoyaki or doing anything else". It didn't help that they always resorted to the same monster. It was like "we know this monster failed the last 100 times but this time it will work for sure". Try getting a different monster from Acme next time, guys. It made me wish for the Sailor Moon monster-of-the-week formula. And yes, Polun and Lulun was annoying, but I think they were meant to be. It was nice to see Polun get annoyed by Lulun in the second season the way he had annoyed the girls earlier.

My favourite season is Maho girls. I love all the characters and their development and that last episode 😢

10.Suite What can I say I loved the theme 9.Smile I was watching when I was getting braces and hated smiling but this show made me feel better (Still have braces) 8.Doki Doki Not as bad as everyone says it is 7.Go Princess It was the fairies for me man that got her at number 7 not higher 6.Maho Girls I loved the Harry Potter books but I thought it was still different also love the fact the pink lead have a emotional support stuffed animal 5.Futari Wa/Max Heart I loved this one it is still good and worth watching now 4.Yes 5/GoGo I loved the theme and characters my favorite cure being Cure Mint got robbed though 3.Star Twinkle I loved the characters and fairies and the theme 2.Kira Kira A La Mode I loved everything about this season but it is not number one though 1.Fresh This was the season I first watched it was a great comfort for when my family in Paraguay were dying from Covid-19 I love everything about it my favorite cure of all time being Cure Berry Thoughts on my list Another show I would recommend is Super Sentai the series that would be adapted one day into Power Rangers and This series Aires along side Precure and Kamen Rider This had been on tv since 1975 but I hope you might find interest in this series

If I have to recommend a Japanese franchise for you it would have to be ultraman. A lot of the episodes in the franchise are standard monster of the week type stories with the occasional multi parter every now again. A lot the series is on dvd and blu ray thanks to mill creek entertainment.

My favorite precure season is yes 5. I LOVE this season mainly for nozomi who is my all time favorite Cure. I like that you put doki doki in the list, is so underrated season and it gets so much hate for no good reason. As for the sequel yes 5 gogo, it's my least favorite seasons. I don't know, the four girls Rin Urara, Komachi and Karen weren't so focused, instead the main character seems to be syrup (which I don't mind bc I like him), milky rose and nozomi take all the time and the plot felt sooo boring.... The romance between coco and nozomi disappeared and if we talk about komachi and nuts? As if was not existed for the beginning.... Syrup and Urara had only three episodes together which is really sad.. And flora died like, you managed to reach your goal only that to happen? And the monarchs were really unnecessary,especially the last two

For Nagisa and Honoka, when they became Cures, NOBODY recognize them? They don't have masks who hides half of their faces like Batman or new hairstyles and eyes color which can disguise them a bit. The girls got new outfits, that's it! Either they got the power of luck which hide their presence to the citizens or everyone is a bit dumb in their city X) I don't expect a lot of logic in this type of anime but the fact that nobody including the villains recognize them is a bit strange. I like Smile precure. Just for '' Life is not always happy and easy, it's ok to cry when rough things happens to you. '' It's such a good moral. Not sure i saw this in every other seasons. for Fresh it was '' If you work with your friends, nothing is impossible. '' which isn't that strong same for Kira kira precure with the basic '' believe in yourself, you can do anything. '' formula. Nothing exciting here :S Smile have likable characters, cute outfits for the Cures and cool attacks, iconic villains especially Wolfrun and Joker (I'm still scared by him and am 26.) The opening is catchy and full of energy, i love it! It's one of my favorites with Yes gogo opening and Suite precure opening.
