He can't save you, but God can and God will save you if you are fully submitted, because it's a promise. Muhammad was sent to fix governments. Same God, same line of prophets, same covenant, the covenant of Abraham, but different prayer direction and fasting rites. The difference is minor. Muhammad had to say - as God ordered it in the holy book - that he was nothing new amongst the messengers. I'm writing it here in case you hadn't heard it, and again, why does it matter? The judges and generals can't resolve the problems you want them too without leveraging real faith to brush away the colonial cobwebs and build a republic.
