How did he die?

He had a minor stroke back in 2015 which led to pancreatic cancer.He died on January 14th,2016 in London at the age of 69. His remains were cremated on 3 February 2016 in the West London Crematorium in Kensal Green. His ashes were given to his wife Rima Horton.
