I know Tati made a lot of mistakes when she released her video on James, but I feel like she's telling the truth because the things she said in her video is almost the same as what Blair White said and has shown in her video. Tati feels genuinely so scared for herself and other people's lives because of what Jeffree can do (his influence, his money, his power, etc.) and he has collected dirt from so many people. James has forgiven Tati so let's move on (and even if you think she's lying, why would Tati lie about this?
