There are no special changes to my daily routine but
I'm trying to make everyday speical
Making sure today is better than yesterday
This is my summer day
*Squid ink roll buns
250 g flour
30g sugar
3g salt
3 g of yeast
20g room temperature butter
165g milk
Squid ink 4g
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast
2. Mixing ink with milk
3. Add 2 to 1 and mix well, then add butter and knead
4. 1 hour of primary fermentation
5. Divide into 16 equal parts, roll into balls, and let it rest for 15 minutes
6.Reshape and place in pan, secondary fermentation 50 minutes
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
