So are you running off the SD card? If so isn't it better to run games off the USB?

It is recommended to run Wii games on a USB device, however if you want games for NES, SNES, etc. then it is recommended to store those games into a SD card.

My Family has a Wii U, and its modded, I put channels they shouldnt mess with (because they dont know how the mod stuff works) on the last page, and I use USB Loader GX to backup games, and I have used categories to hide the stuff they shouldnt mess with (Yes, im nervous they will break something, they dont know much about Wii/Wii U modding, and if you dont know how, you can easily brick your device)

Your comment made me think. I've worked with my modded Wii a lot and I've never bricked it even once and I don't know how can you even do it. Probably just luck and I should investigate tbh

This is dope I love how you set it up. The Wii was an excellent unique console. It's funny to see the hate for it slowly go down and people finally recognize that it does a lot of amazing things. One of the best consoles to have modded for sure.

You might look into getting an internal HDMI mod for your Wii so you can just plug an HDMI cable right into your Wii. You're not likely to find the WiiDual mod anywhere now, but there's a more recent one that's reasonably priced. Taps into the initial digital signal of the Wii, so no converters and it will look better/less blurry, especially if you use some mod settings to remove the blur the Wii adds to the video signal. That said, this Wii looks great. I'm modding mine currently, good inspiration here.

I looked jnto WiiDual but I think that comes with its special Wii case which I didn’t like. Also I’m not good at soldering on my own things.

@@djd-cepticon7215 Oh you definitely shouldn't do the Wii Dual, it's not really available anymore. the currently available Wii HDMI mod is the AVE-HDMI. And I would recommend getting a modder to do the installation. I recommend Voultar. It won't require a custom case, people just tend to get a custom case when they get these mods! But they would need to cut a small hole in the back of your existing case, right below the USB ports.

Would a simple Wii2HDMI adapter block found on amazon and a "Marseille Inc. mCable Gaming Edition" effectively work the same as the system you have going on with the Hyperkin cable and Marseille mClassic?

Don’t buy those cheap wii2hdmi blocks. They usually make a really bad signal.

You need a 32gb sd card for apps and external hard drive (whatever amount of space you think you need). Mine is 1TB but tbh that’s too much
