Hmm this seems like a great technique for almost all type 4 hair: a botanical/all-natural gel to moisturize a define your hair with minimum frizz and an extra hold gel to capture and freeze it in place. I will try this, thanks!

I never knew how to use the use soufflé and I hate flakes so I pray this is the new combo for me Update : I tried it and I love it !!! This is my new favorite combo . this is my favorite gel 😭😭😭 it gives me contact dermatitis because my skin is stupid but i’m still going to use it. It literally never flakes and we have very similar hair. It also works well with mousse 😎

Wow nice wash n go. I had the same problem with ecostyler gel too. My hair was raining snowflakes so i just bought the wetline gel. Im gonna try this and see what happens wish me good luck🤞🏿

I've used that combo and got bomb🔥results.....to make it less sticky u cant be heavy handed with that souffle..that product is deceiving because it makes you want to use more but a DIME SIZE goes a long way!🤗

I know long hair isn’t the end goal healthy hair is BUT we have the same hair type & I’m dying to see a length check or how much your hair has grown through taking care of it. I once asked my hairstylist if she notices a lot of growth in her 4c clients and she said no because we don’t build any routines in taking care of our hair because its.. a lot 😂

Low porosity. Type 4. High density. Course hair. I use Wetline after a general cream moisturizer. No crunching, no flaking. I found my hair didn't shrink as much.

I absolutely love Extreme Wetline Gel for wash N go's. I think Uncle Funky's Daughter is my favorite but it takes dayyyyys for my roots to dry with UFD. So they may be a tie for first place for me.

I'm currently on day 5 after my wash and go and using extreme wetline. There was a little stiffness at first but I used a blow dryer on low to stretch the coils after they dried about 80 percent. As the days have gone on its stretching more on it's own and its retaining the curls. I don't like to spread or separate my coils and its holding up pretty good.

I had the same reaction when i first used the rhe wetline gel. I couldn't believe how good my hair looked lol. I have to ask, how much of the shea moisture gel do you use? Whenever I use it my hair takes days to dry , if it ever dries, and it ends up feeling sticky. I love the gel for the moisture and definition but the stickiness on everything is a deal breaker TT. Also, try style factor edge booster for your edges.

I love using the edge booster, but over time, it can turn a little white ☹ but the gel souffle can leave my hair sticky because I realize I can be a bit heavy handed with it lol I'm going to start using less and see that how makes a difference
