My Visit to the 2024 National Farm Machinery Show | Setup to Teardown
In this video I take you through all of, Well most of my excitement at the 2024 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville Kentucky. This show runs 4 days every February Wednesday - Saturday. The dates for 2024 were February 14-17. I was there the week before the show to unload tractors and setup the Deutz Fahr booth and was at the show all 4 days and for teardown and load out.
I spent the majority of my time during the show at the Deutz Fahr booth and got to talk to and meet a lot of my followers from social media.
Hope everyone enjoyed the show and if you did not make it here is some of it in under 30 minutes.

What group of equipment, Mike. That grain cart was crazy. How big of a tractor does it take to haul that around the field? I was surprised that field tiler was on rubber. I guess not all ground being tiled needs tracks. Great video Mike!

According to the CNH people at LAMMA the AF11 and CR11 are mostly the same with the AF11 being Case's first twin rotor combine with the biggest differences being in cab with red using AFS Connect and yellow using their own system. They said they were hoping it would allow for a more straight forward parts store for both themselves and their dealers

You can't buy Case IH parts at a New Holland dealership and vice-versa,I know this because we own a Case IH dealership,Chevy GMC same company not the same truck,please don't spread disinformation it makes you sound like a liberal have a great day

@@Steiger550 that would depend on the dealership two our nearest dealers who sell both Case and New Holland though at different locations in the area stock both common Case and New Holland parts with both companies stating you can buy or order the parts from any of their locations no matter how they are branded more often than not if they don't have the part at that location they have it at their main location's warehouse that holds both brands that call come in the same CNH Industries packaging. I believe also that not only can you order parts for either from Messicks's website but also Valley Implements do the same in the US as ours here I am guessing like our dealers they ship out of their main warehouse.

You will likely find that as you stated yours only holds the rights to the Case brand which would be the biggest reason why as while they seem to like dealers to compete with each other they also don't like drama with them as local parts company that sold both genuine and none genuine CNH parts now only gets the non genuine parts as the other dealers got upset at the fact they were selling the parts on at barely a mark up from the discount they got as a parts dealer to get in more business by always being cheaper like a loss leader in a supermarket than the dealers who put their costs on top. The dealers found out now if they want a genuine part they have to buy it through one of the dealerships as they no longer have the ability to sell direct.

Sorry the first reply seems to be missing but basically much like Messicks and Valley Implements and the CNH store you can buy either brand from any of the two nearest CNH dealership (there are now two different companies that both offer Case and New Holland) as we brought New Holland parts at the Case branded location for 20 to 30 years after they changed the site from NH to Case so thought we would have to travel to an hour or so to one of their other two locations near us but was told by their parts manager at the site that we could still buy the parts from them as unless it was urgent or too bulky given he lived 2 minutes away he would bring the parts back with him in the evening for us and other locals free of charge to the point you'd think he was selling drugs bar those going to the door and picking up bags or brown boxes were usually coated in oil and dust

Yes you can get some row crop options but most are sold with wider singles.

Great video Mike, thank you! I'm curious, what kind of ventilation do they have inside. With all of those tractors running, it makes me wonder how long the exhaust sticks around.

With all the engine emissions you don't even smell any exhaust coming from the tractors. However the big doors are usually always open during setup and teardown.

Always liked Deutz, even thru all their "identity crises." 😁They're just not well represented in my area, as in pretty much nonexistent (closest dealer only mentions orchard models on website, & has no stock). If I was prone to conspiracy theories, it wouldn't take much to believe the green, red, & blue folks agreed to not let them in. So, Mr. Mike, does DF have plans for higher HP tractors, say up to 400hp and/or beyond?

All the 6 cylinder Deutz are built in the factory in Germany.

It is still the farmers' decision what they spend their money on and if machines from foreign manufacturers are cheaper and more efficient for their work, then they will continue to buy them. At the end of the day, they have to feed their families and keep their farm running. Farmers all over the world act like this, or do you think a German or French farmer buys JD, Case or other American products just because they like the green or red better? Man, wake up in the US and pull your head out of your nationalistic ass. If everyone thought like you, JD and Case would only be successful in North America

@@marksmith9142 You need to ask European taxpayers that question. Although, I can tell you from living in the Cotswold's of England for 6 years the English have to pay a heck lot more in taxes than we do, and their farmers are fully supported by government subsidies so I wouldn't be surprised if they say the same thing.

Well if you want to get technical Case New Holland is owned by Fiat which I believe is Italian.
