Hey girl! It all depends on what you’re doing to your hair now. Low manipulation styles are best for growing out your hair. I do have a video up on how I’m growing my hair this year if that helps!🤍

A protein treatment like aphogee two step might be a great reset to help with curl retention and a grease will help with moisture and length retention. Having a really shampoo also helps too.
