Lol at the sticky part. Next time use a spray bottle for the protein treatment. It has helped me and my daughter out a lot! This reminds me to do a protein treatment for the both of us now.

My mom's a beautician and have always used aphogee to help with hair shedding. It really does the trick if you can get over the smell.

You just put it in and you don't have to finger comb it. Best to sit under a hood dryer for 30 minutes then gently wet the hair to loosen it up.

It works better when you apply it to towel dried hair. A spray bottle also works well.
